Im extremely frustrated right now. My daughter has a documented diagnosis and an active 504 Plan in place, yet her school is now trying to push her out with only TWO months left in the school year.
How is it okay to disrupt a childs education like this, especially when protections are supposed to be in place to support hernot exclude her? A 504 Plan exists for a reason, and its disheartening to feel like her rights are not being taken seriously.
At this point, Im seeking answers, accountability, and most importantly, fairness for my child. No student should be made to feel like they dont belong, especially when they have documented needs that require support.
I will be advocating for my daughter every step of the way.
