Hello my experience with this school is so trash first of all there’s no diversity in this school so if your a race other than white you won’t see a lot of you own race or not even at all . Second these kids like to hang up on a specific kid like for 5 years this kid was getting oil on and tell the day he’s still getting pick on by these kids. Bull free ? No not really the kids can be rude but the kids aren’t the bullies the TEACHERS ARE ! I had this one teacher who picked on my just beacause a like to have a day in what we or I making us do like I ask why beacause sometimes I disagree with things . Once I tried helping him by trying to calm down the class he kicked me out for trying help him quiet them down beacause someone was talking I was trying to alert them to be quiet . And then another kid got kicked out just for dropping a water bottle on the ground guess what race she was SHE WAS BLACK JUST LIKE ME ! he never sent out the white kids and they are way worse. DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE PRINCIPLE once my mom was trying to have a meeting she was alone because my dad was somewhere else and that guy shouted at my mom just for trying to get me help from this school I don’t recommend it at all.

Jamestown School-Lawn is a great place to attend. Jamestown's a nice small town on an island where everybody knows each other. Our school has dedicated teachers and kind students. It's also a very safe environment. The school also welcomes new kids with open arms, especially military kids (sons and daughters of U.S. soldiers). This middle school has boys soccer, girls soccer, cross country running, boys basketball, girls basketball, track & field, as well as baseball. Once a year, people from the local community come to the school to introduce their jobs to students. Called Island Treasures Day, this annual event involves hands-on activities for the school's kids. This year's activities involve the fire and rescue department showing their stuff, baking pizzas with House of Pizza, trawling for fish in the bay, and designing your dream home with an architect. There's also a great music program at the school, afterschool activities, and a foreign language program. Jamestown, RI is a great place to live with strong schools.
