if you want a school where teachers dont teach give you a website that does their job for them this is the perfect school the English class is terrible for actually learning it they are lazy then the students it seems because they dont do their job

I wish we went to a private school. It’s in need of new leadership and fresh perspective. The athletic program is the only reason we stay. It is well run for all students of all abilities.

The teachers spend more time discussing their gripes about the school than teaching. The principal has zero respect and control over that school. He seems like he has a delay in processing things too. If you tell him something, he gives you a blank look and never makes a decision. The guidance department here is nothing more than your standard “do nothing” employees. Rather than work with students on their post graduate plans, they sit and gossip about the students, the principal and the town. It’s a hen house in there and nothing to offer the students. Parents, prepare to do the research yourself. They are an older group of bitter, broken unprofessionals who try to do as little as possible. They spend the day gossiping about how much of an expert they are in what everyone else should be doing. Meanwhile, they are failing students by giving 1980 advice. One actually spent 45 minutes telling us how she used to be a “star athlete” and was in the Hall of Fame. How does this help my kids? Complete waste of payroll.

Most are victims of Gov. Raimondo’s revamping of state retirements. The teachers don’t want to be there and it shows. They are grossly out dated.

Most of the students if not all have zero respect for authority. The principal is a direct factor in that.

By far the weakness of this school. He is really a poor communicator and sweeps things under the rug. He doesn't listen to the kids and he creates so much unnecessary confusion. My wife and I could not believe the subpar presentation he gave when our son was going into 9th. We should have known then that it was a taste of what to expect.

They are all just keeping their heads down and waiting for the end of the day, same as students.

At this school the teachers not only allowed but aided and abetted in bullying by refusing to believe victims, encouraging students to "sort it out themselves" when witnessing severe bullying (ie getting physical) and telling students to just not get caught when harassing students. Adopted students were specifically harassed and singled out.

I can't count the leadership changes that the school went through when I attended. It has been a revolving door of principals.

Both their special ed and their honors programs are severely lacking.

The teachers would allow students to do awful things in order to avoid paperwork, and adopted students were singled out by staff and students alike.

This school was the single worst place I spent three years in.

Because I could literally do it on the bus, and get an A.
