I attended and have to say it was the worst 4 years of my life and caused severe depression. Don’t go here. Ever.

Poor at best. They have good teachers, but they waste a lot of time on non-academic things.

Posted: September 5, 2019

It is neither good or bad. It is homework.

Most teachers try their hardest. They have problems in leadership that tend to minimize their efforts.

Posted: September 5, 2019

They have programs that do not work. It is all based on fantasy. The kids leave for the day and forget or ignore what was forced down their throats.

There is little leadership in general throughout the school system from the school committee to the administrators. Over the last year, most if not all administration chose to leave or retire.

The students barely know who the principal is.

If the student has a problem, then they are good. If the student is excellent, then the student is left to fend for themselves

The teachers and the principal are the bullies. One ideology is pushed to the neglect of actual education. The student bullies see this and take advantage of it.

It would help if the teachers actually looked at or corrected the homework

Posted: October 10, 2018

They are focused on the ideology of their "Kingian Peace" initiative more than acedemics

The teachers and administration need to go back to school

As a military family, we have certainly seen our share of school variety. From the very first phone call we made to Broad Rock Middle School, I have been pleased with their level of service in helping us meed the needs of our son. It's an unusual school in that it serves grade levels 5 and 6 only. While they're still working out the kinks of this unique program, they are very interested in hearing the input of students and parents. The staff is very friendly and professional. They are quick to respond to any types of questions concerning your student or any other issues. The PTO works hand-in-hand with teachers to provide needs that arise in the classroom. All around, this has been a great experience for my son both academically, socially and otherwise.
