My son was in the toddler program for about 5 months. I'm giving them 2 stars because of the way they handled what I consider an important situation. I picked him up and when we got home, I wiped what I thought was jelly on his face and found that it was actually a bright red bite mark next to his mouth. He told me what happened, so I called the office and also spoke with the owner and his teacher. His skin was broken, but they never took him to the nurse, they only hugged him and wiped it with a tissue. They apologized for not telling me and said an incident report would be written up right away. Two days later, I had to ask for her to write one up, and she assured me that the child's parents would be notified. I know kids will bite, but I was very disappointed in the way things were handled.
