The staff members seem to genuinely care about students and NAMS Art department is the best! NAMS is a school of excellence on their report card so parents, students, and staff must be doing something right! Keep up the good work! I Love this school!

I have improved greatly musically because of the band and chorus program. I would also say that the Honors classes are very good, challenging, etc. The normal classes however, are very sad compared. 8th grade math is so incredibly different (easier) from 8th grade Algebra to the point that it isn't fair. I haven't had good experience with any help from bullying (though I have had and witnessed a lot of experience with bullying). Because of all this, I would rate this a 5/10 school. It could be a good time... as long as you fit inside the small box that qualifies you as "normal".

Attending this school three years, I have been in many different classes (such as honors and regular classes). Many of the regular classes for "average" students are usually disorganized. The Honors classes however, have pretty good teachers. They may not be the NICEST, but they are definitely more qualified and the test scores prove it. I also think the school does a good job with placing kids where they need to be (like putting them in Honors classes if their grades show it). The band and chorus programs are 10/10 though, great directors and very qualified! The athletic programs seem to be doing very well too, with volleyball being undefeated.

Yeah, I don't even know what leadership is at this point. This school's leadership is only expressed to the people that don't attend this school so people think this is a good school.

There are a couple kids with autism that are just placed in normal classes with normal students. They often cause commotions and the teachers don't really help them more than they would an average student. The kids with autism also get away with many things, such as making threats to other students and even teachers.

I had reported a bullying incident that happened with my friend, and as they constantly say, :whoever reports bullying will remain confidential". Well, the administrator I reported this incident to did not keep it confidential, and told the person I was reporting that I reported them. This caused people to bully me, and nothing was done about it. So, don't expect anyone to really care. If you really need to get help, talk to the counselors but whatever you do, do not talk to the principals.

NAMS is an excellent school with a variety of programs and opportunities for students during school as well as after school. The Fine Arts and Athletic departments at NAMS are some of the finest in all of Aiken County.

Mrs. Meek is an excellent administrator. She has great communication skills, she has a great rapport with the students and staff, and she has a clear vision for NAMS.

This school is so fun to go to!The teachers are so nice and want to make people learn love it so much and makes me wanna go to it everyday I just started sixth grade 2-3 months ago and it's good recommended for people!Although some bullying is come through a lot but it gets resolved mostly.

Love the school! Great environment, teachers and administration. Really, most schools in this area are superior, but we love this middle school.
