Hard to ask for better yet I have dealt with much worse with my four older children at schools outside of this area!

Teachers were always on top of this, follow-up was exceptional and the kids were not overburdened yet always had enough to do!

Dedicated and engaged with the kids. The majority of the teachers have their Masters degree and even some have a PhD. Very well trained staff!

The few times i was aware of any bullying it was handled quickly by the principle or his/her staff! (we had both male and female)

No support for special needs children to assist learning. Their only concern is to make sure the special needs child doesn't distract teachers and other students. Other schools are catching up with new ways to work with high functioning austitic children, but Greenbrier does as little as possible as cheaply as possible for these children. Unless your child can run with the wolves I wouldn't recommend this svhool, because their education and self worth will be slaughtered like a lamb.

We moved from white house middle. Worst mistake ever. Very rude principal. Unorganized chaotic front office. My child, who was an honor role student is failing. And begs not to go to school.

My last child finished this school in May. Would not recommend this school. The principal has discontinued the advanced classes (Math and English) as his philosophy is "every child is equal." Some of the teachers are quite good and really seem to care. The 8th grade teachers will give an assignment and then congregate in the hallway to talk. I would recommend a private school for middle school or researching Sumner County Schools.

We had definite reservations about sending our children to Greenbrier Middle school. We are new to the area and were concerned about the school's ability to meet our children's educational needs. We have been pleasantly surprised and fully intend to continue sending our children here. We love the new principal, Mr. Causey, and all of the teachers with whom we have interacted seem to have a vested interest in my children and their progress. Throw in a fantastic administrative staff and we are sold.
