I have been attending City University Schools since the 6th grade. I have had a wonderful experience from making new friends and experiencing new learning methods. I am now a junior student will continue to attend this school until I am a senior graduate.

My experience at this school was great. Ive been at city university since 6th, recently just graduated. There exceptions and standards are definitely different from other schools because its a college preparatory. One class that loved was senior seminar, it helps you for the real world and college

I have had a great experience at City University for the past few years. The teachers really care about the education of the students. There's great opportunities when going on college visits and museums. My test scores have risen since attending City University.

If you're looking for a fun, cultured, invigorated learning environment with a family oriented staff, look no further. City University Schools provide a fun and structure learning environment. The Staff is professional, the building is always clean, and there is a really nice art gallery in campus as well.

I have been a scholar at city for almost 4 years .Being at city is an experience all children should have. City University is my home and I am so grateful to be there. Teachers and Admins are so supportive of students and them growing into their fullest potential. The administration is open minded and thinks outside the box to make a successful educational experience for the students. I would very much recommend City University Girls Preparatory and City University Liberal Arts.

CU is a great school for providing quality education to Shelby County residents. The school culture is good as parents dont have to worry about bullying, drugs issues or fights. The school community is friendly with student focus in post secondary education preparation. The staff are kind and seems to care about the scholars educational, social and emotional needs. Although things have changed a little since the pandemic as with other schools, I still choose this school.

Ive been attending City University School of Liberal Arts since my first year in middle school. During my time there Ive had teachers and staff that helped me through my rough experience and supportive classmates that welcomed me in. At City University we have created a family and a place that is engaged and enjoyable to remember. I hope your kid gets to experience the events, laugher, fun, growth, and the importance of education as me and so many other scholars have. At city we dont only learn about school related topics we learn about the way the world is and life experience for your future and how to be prepared for it. I truly hope you give your child/children an opportunity to build and enjoy a comfortable, safer, and enduring environment that is welcoming to all.

The learning environment at City University Schools is safe, nurturing and rigorous. The School of Liberal Arts has been named a TVAAS Level 5 school for the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years. The school also received Reward School Status for 2018-2019 for academic achievement and growth.

Unorganized, some teachers not certified, changed school start and end time on a whim. I want to take my granddaughter out, but she wants to stay, I will give CU a chance to show how great it is, especially after multiple people spoke well of the school, but that was under another administration. I left a message for the assistant principal and he didn't return the call. very disappointed in CU.

I SEE THAT I MADE A BIG MISTAKE TO TRANSFFER MY DAUGHTER FROM CU BUT DUE TO HARDSHIP I HAD TO DO WHAT I HAD TO DO. MY DAUGHTER HAD A INTER VIEW THIS YEAR BUT WAS PLACED ON THE WAITING LIST BUT I HOPE THEY WILL CONSIDER MY DAUGHTER FOR THE NEW SCHOOL YEAR 2013-2014 AS A STUDENT. BEST SCHOOL SHE HAS EVER ATTENDED!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE CONSIDER US
