Weve been at this school for 3 years and have just started my childs 4th year there. We have loved this school so much, each year it seems to get better and they find new ways to get the families involved.

Went to this school years ago. I remember once I was sitting in class writing, like one does, and I got told off in front of the entire class for how I was holding a pencil the wrong way and to fix it. It was super embarrassing, the teacher was just rude in general. My mom went to one of the parent teacher conferences and was told I had a C. Before this, I have never had anything below a B. The teacher proceeded to tell her that the school purposely gives lower scores in the beginning of the year so grades seem to have increased by a large amount.
There is more but I am going to leave it out, as you can already tell that this school was not the best for my little time spent there.

One of newer schools, well maintained. Kids attended from kindergarten till 3rd grade and for the most part teachers were very engaged. Kids thrived and excelled.

The staff will manipulate a story just to get the outcome that they want. They will also make it seem as if you are the one that has the problem instead of admitting that they fabricated a story to get results they feel are necessary. Once a child that has a disability mess up one time that child is labeled as liar, trouble maker and their part of the story is never heard and they take the other persons story and give unnecessary punishments and sometimes double for the same thing. Moving here and dealing with schools has been the worst. Grades are worst and everything.

I feel like this school isnt the best. Once my daughter got a text from her bully and they said they would beat her up. I dont want a school beating my kids up first of all, Second of all the teachers did nothing about it neither did any of the principals, Nothing!!! I dont recommend this school. But if you want your kid to enjoy school without a harsh environment please r o not go here.

Horrible horrible horrible school. The school tolerates bullying, the teachers bully. And the principle does not give any care. I called to speak with the principle about an issue regarding bullying, but didnt even get a call back. My daughter has had a great school experience up until we moved, and she got into Pisgah. Highly would not recommend this school.

Absolutely not! My oldest dealt with bullying from a teachers child who was protected. Only after showing out did I get any results. My middle had a 504 that was not followed. Teachers let him go over a month without doing work and did not notify me. I only found out when after a month they entered it in Power School. This school does not deserve a 7/10 rating it deserves a 2 at best. My children are now at a Dodea school and thriving. If you can avoid it do not send your children here. God forbid they have to take a bus they are late every single day.

My son is a kindergarten at Pisgah this year and they have been amazing! His teacher is great at communicating with as well as the principal. I could almost say too good with the amount communication but I love it. My son loves it here. My son is on an IEP for speech and his speech pathologist has been amazing the last three years.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had to put my child through. Communication is horrible and they are not willing to work with parents dealing with difficult children. They only care to help children with perfect grade perfect behavior and parents who dont work and have time to volunteer every single day.

Not good. The principal is a bully herself and won't discuss problems or concerns with parents. If you are NOT military, there is no support from counselors, etc.

Our son's teacher was having issues with the class showing respect to each other. Teacher is communicating to the parents what is occuring and asked for support from parents while children are out of school. Awesome!

My son is currently enrolled at Pisgah, and we absolutely love it. His teacher takes the time to work with the students in the areas they seem to need the most help in. She gives them customized homework to fit their needs so that noone falls behind. Staff is always helpful. I would highly recommend.
