Many international teachers were kept over Americans. My daughter had a teacher who spoke Spanish and taught English last year but now the teacher has a difficult accent to comprehend. I just hope she doesn't fall behind.

I don't believe the teachers or staff truly care about all the students succeeding. They play favoritism and only help those they want to. There's no guidance for these children and in sports they only choose the kids that are really good leaving the other ones to sit out the entire games so what's the point in even joining a sport just to sit on the bench wasting parents money paying to see their child play when they never even get time to play. This school is a joke! No wonder it has a F rating.

This school isn't the best or the worst. Most teachers don't even know how to handle students. One rule in this school that is so stupid is that if teachers see a phone in your pocket they take it away even if you not using it.Also beware of school bathrooms because students leave the bathroom floor very dirty and sticky with water and pee.Last year not even the 6th graders knew how to clean themselves up leaving vomit and other substances all over the toilets and floors. The teachers don't even get paid from the school being in debt.I really don't recommend this School for your kids.Teachers tell us that this school is the best in this district but its very hard to believe.

this school made me drain all my energy within the first week of school and and not even the second week of school my math already left so we had to learn online but it was useless and everybody would just be on their phones and fights here happen like almost everyday, most teachers dont even teach you so you'd have to learn by yourself, and they also have a rule that if they take ur phone, you have to pay $15 at the end of the day which is alot js for a phone and if ur like asian like me, most ppl here would be racist to you and the staff here dont even punish the troublemakers and but if you get caught with a airpod and a phone while walking in the hallway you will so dont come here.

This is the worse school.. they treat kids as if they are not humans.. They assume things and never have proof of their assumptions.. I get racism vibes from administration.. please do not send your kids here if you don't have to.. They lock certain kids in classroom and I have videos to prove it..

I want our parents to know that good behavior, kindness, empathy etc. start at home. Please do not blame teachers for being strict.

decker middle school i go to this school and they dont seem to give two potatoes about fun. They dont punish the children that get in trouble all day every day. By any means the children that get in trouble the most are closer to the administators than the good children. i hate this school i only care about 4 teachers in this entire school. No kid should be expirencing a jail system at ages 11-14 we deserve to be free and loved. Learning is important but its hard to focus when thousands of requirements are upheld. They know who the trouble makers are, but they dont do anything to remove them and then they wonder why good kids cant work in that enviroment. if anybody is failing its THE STAFFS Fault, for going on favorites just because of sports. - K.M and J.M

This school is great but teachers are dictators and only care about there salary and the administrators just treat students like trash they always punish the innocent and take long to give information this school needs major improvements.

This school treats students like they are part of a jail system. I am not impressed with the staff. They are slow to return calls, answer phones and get information to parents and students. The counselor is like a drill sergeant and doesn't have a nurturing attitude..he comes across as a know it all and rude. He lacks people skills..not sure how he got his job?!

This school does not respect students. Does not acknowledge students that need help in certain subjects and thinks that it is all of the students responsability to get "the work" done with the neccesary knowledge. When in fact it is the students peers (teachers and parents) responsability to help motivate the kids and teach them what respect and responsability is. They do not treat students with respect and as individuals. Instead, they treat all students as if they are the one that is a drop out on the verge of failing and have no intrest in picking them back up. The only thing good about this school is the football team and dedication from the coaches.
