I enrolled two children here a few years apart and they had wonderful experiences participating in summer research programs, band, orchestra, math competitions and more. They made lifelong friends. They are both very well prepared for University and graduated high school with associate degrees.

The teachers here are definitely a cut above your average high school teacher. My children had great respect and love for many of their teachers.

I worked as a math and science tutor at this high school when it first opened, it had it's first freshman class only at that time. I've seen the school grow, and hopefully in the right direction. Overall, it is a great school with lots of emphasis on academia. Students here are academically enriched as compared to other hs. They surely introduce them to college concepts as well as hands on experience with their dual credit classes and labs, UTEP field trip, Seminars that presents them with real word situations, Science Summer Camps where generously I remember a PhD to Student ratio of 3:20 along with tutors and tons of science fun. It was an honor to work here for the short time I did, and recommended this school to anyone, and encourage the "kiddos" to stick it through.

I have subbed for this school and can truly say that the students and staff make this school a great place to work. I want my children to go here when they are old enough.
