We have not had any personal issues with bulling, but anytime there is any type of issue brought to the Bruce's attention, it is handled quickly and efficiently. We were told during our initial interview that there was no place for bulling on their campus.

We love TECHS! Last year was my daughters first year attending (8th grade). When I saw her after school that first day I was amazed in her attitude! It was the first time in 3 years she was not angry or upset about something that had taken place at school! I never have to wake her up in the mornings, she is always up and ready before my feet even hit the floor. The opportunities TECHS provide are a true blessing.

My son Koy Cutrer attends this school in Marshall, Tx and it has been the best decision that we made as parents to send him here, the staff is wonderful as well as all of the teachers. I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a change for the better for their child.s future. He gets one on one with the teachers and we love that as a parent. also you as a parent can keep track of their work in progress by logging into their parent portal, its very informative and lets you know exactly where your child is at and you as a parent can make sure they never fall behind and I really like this as a parent., I can stay informed everyday of my child's progress, which is a winner in my eyes..

My daughter graduated from this school and I can't say enough positive things about her experience while there! It is a top notch learning environment for kids who desire a change and like the challenge and opportunity of taking college classes in addition to their high school classes.

My child graduated from Texas Early College High School. I could not be more pleased. My child did not like the traditional education setting. She was very shy but her opportunities with the school were unlimited. She graduated with her high school diploma, her CNA, and several courses that transferred over to her degree plan. The principal was a very hands on person. I felt very confident that he had the kids best interest in mind. My daughter's friend graduated with 2 certifications and a diploma. The teachers as far as structure goes, that depended on the teacher. From my daughter's stand point, the principal wanted everything done right, but unfortunately with any job, there are people who don't want to do. I did hear that they had a turnover and there are several people chatting about it. The parents I talk to now could not be happier with the change, they feel it was long time coming. I think personally if you want a great opportunity, you should look this school up. As far as the principal's wife, I couldn't have asked for someone nicer plus when it comes to safety, she'd call you on a dime.

My name is Jeff McClendon and I would highly recommend this school for any student. The principle was very helpful with everything, he treated me like I was part of his family. He helped more than I could even imagine. With the help from him and the staff, I was able to graduate with my high school diploma and a associates degree in mechanical engineering and they had helped me start my career as soon as I graduated. I graduated on a Friday and started work on the next Monday. I could not have done it this easily without the help from this school. Jeff McClendon CNC Machinist at Hemco Inc. Class of 2012

My name is Dylan Gagnard. I was a student for 3 years and I would like to recommend this school to anyone looking for a good high school education and college hours at the same time. This school has helped me out in more ways than I can imagine. Defiantly a school worth going to. Class of 2012 Dylan Gagnard.

My name is Sara and I graduated from Texas Early College High School. This school was such a blessing to me. I was able to work one-on-one with my teachers, work at my own pace, and get to build many relationships with the few people there: including the principal and secretary that treated me and everyone there as their own. Not only did I have a many great experiences and memories there but it also prepared me for college at a young age and work hard. They always pushed me to try hard and because of that I was able to graduate with honors. I would recommend this school to everyone because I definitely appreciate where it has brought me to today. I would not be where I am if it wasn't for this school and the people there!

I attended TECHS from 9-12 grade and graduated with honors and over 30 hours of college credit! I would recommend this school to anyone looking for a higher education.

The principal and secretary are the best. They helped me through a lot in my personal life as well as my education. The self pace thing isn't exactly the greatest because a lot of students (myself included) lack self control at 15-18yrs old and don't get their work done in time. I feel there should be more of a real classroom setting. Also, I wish the teachers were more knowledgeable in the basics (math, science, reading, etc) My first year here my teacher would tell me to just google stuff, and that isn't the best advice seeings how not everything on the internet is true. With some help structure wise I think this school could easily surpass it's expectations.

My daughter graduated from this school and it is great, she accumulated over 30 college credit hours by the time she graduated and loved it. This school takes discipline from the student to keep up and work at a fast pace that public schools in Marshall, can't get behind. There are no extracurricular programs like band and athletics, but that is not a problem, the kids that go here are here to learn anyway. Great learning environment!

My name is Jessica and I attended Texas Early college High School for four years. Although I did not graduate from this school, my TECHS family gave me the step up I needed pursue with my college education. Not only did I attended but my oldest sister as well and also a cousin of mine who graduated valedictorian of his class. The teachers and other staff members are amazing and actually care about their students. Great learning facility!!

I attended school here a few years ago. One classroom had a rough time finding a teacher throughout the year but I've heard they have a great staff now. The principal and secretary are really nice and they really do push you as a student. There was a point where I just wanted to leave (for personal reasons, not because of the school) but the principal, Mr. Bruce, sat me down in his office, made me see my potential, believed in me, and pushed me until I stopped goofing around. The teachers were usually able to help with any problems I had. It was awesome having so many college credits already on my transcript when I started college.

My son, Luc, had the opportunity to go to this school. At a previous school, he was an advanced student in an environment that would not let him advance. At the Texas Early College High School ( previously Panola Charter School), Luc was able to work at his own pace. The teachers were great; they provided support and encouragement. Luc graduated one year early and was the valedictorian of his class. I am grateful that this school and its wonderful teachers were available for my son's education.
