McCarroll Middle School is the worst school we have ever been a part of. The principal hides in her office and does not interact with the students or parents. She does not encourage her teacher to love, educate and encourage their students. The students are told to figure it out! I did not feel safe leaving my child at that school ! Our child attended one year at McCarroll and we transferred him to a different school!

Teachers are jerks to students the tell them their mental health doesnt matter and that theyre to young to have anything wrong with their mental health. They yell at them when they dont ask for help but then when they ask for help they are ignored. They rarely get to use the bathroom they get told they have enough time during passing period but then count them tardy why they use the bathroom before class. The lunch food isnt the best and they spend more money on football and other sports rather then on education. Coaches cuss at athletes rather than talking to them correctly. When an athlete says the cant they are forced to do up downs and the coaches rarely give them water breaks. Teachers are unfair when it comes to dress code they get more girls dress coded and they ignore a tall boy with short shorts on but when a tall girl with short shorts they get dress coded. Teachers rarely pay attention to students. When they get mad at students they tell them they can learn on their own even though this is their job and they signed up for this job so they need to be more patient.

I absolutely hate this school. Never want to return each day it is the worst place ever. The principles and counselors dont care at all about anything you tell them. The students there are rude and it makes me despise ever having to waste my time at that place. DO NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Half of the time the teacher say they have not gone over it in class or spent very little time on the subject.

The teachers yell at the kids I know at least 3 teachers who have yelled at the class on multiple occasions. It is hard to get a phone call back. My daughter feel and hit her head and was dizzy and they refused to let her call me.

It is so hard to get a call back from this school. They do not care about the students. I called and let the Councelor know some sensitive information on a child. and she could not get me off the phone fast enough our conversation last about 2 minutes. The principle is a joke. he does not care about the students. He does not care about the students at all.

They do not offer any kind of tutoring.

The teacher looks the other way. When the students take it to the principle all it is, is a half apology.

Horrible. Bullying all the time the teachers do not pay attention to the class I have gone into the building and students instead of being in classrooms are out in the hallway playing cards. If you are not someone with a name in this town forget being listened to.

I agree with what the other parent said. We just moved here in August and my child has been bulled non stop. She is also bullied and harassed by her teachers. I don't understand this school, the teachers that curse in front of the kids and also allow them the same leniency. I don't understand these children that treat others so rudely yet they all claim to attend church. Like our pastor said, we are all God's creation but we are not all children of God. I wish my child had another option. Teachers cater to the wealthy children whose parents they are friends with and look the other way while those children bully others. It's a disgrace and nothing is being done!!!!
