My daughter has attended this school since kindergarten and, in the beginning, we had a very positive experience. Unfortunately, over the years, I have become increasingly concerned about both safety and organization within the school.

One of my biggest concerns is campus security. The school has a gated entrance, but staff no longer consistently verify who visitors are or who they are picking up before opening the gate. This defeats the purpose of having controlled access and raises concerns about student safety.

Another issue occurred when my daughter’s teacher left during the school year. For several months, the class relied on substitute teachers and there was very little communication with parents about how instruction, grading, and academic progress were being handled. It was difficult to understand how students were being supported academically during that transition.

I have also experienced several situations that I found highly unprofessional. On one occasion, my daughter told me that a teacher informed her that I had arrived to pick her up, only to later tell her it was a “prank.” I do not believe joking with a second-grade student about being picked up by a parent is appropriate.

Student safety during dismissal has also been a concern. During car line, my daughter became frightened by a loud vehicle, fell near the pickup area, and was visibly upset. Rather than stopping to ensure she was okay and assess whether she was injured, staff focused on keeping the line moving. As a parent, I expected greater attention to my child’s wellbeing in that moment.

Finally, during a school ceremony, there was significant confusion regarding who was responsible for my daughter’s class because of staffing changes. Multiple staff members were unable to tell me who her teacher was or where her class was located. I ultimately signed her out through the front office. Later that day, I received a call stating that the school could not locate my daughter and believed she had not been signed out. This was extremely concerning and reflected serious communication and accountability issues.

While I appreciate the positive experiences we had during the early years, these repeated concerns regarding safety, communication, staffing, and organization have greatly diminished my confidence in the school. I hope these issues are addressed so that all students and families can have a safer and more positive experience.

My daughter is studying, they have really given her all the attention and support that other schools had denied her, I am very happy with the system that is implemented this year, maybe they were bad in other years but this administration is doing a good job, I hope they continue like this.

This school is fine but the kids make it worse. Many teachers quit because of the contstant disrespect and behavior from some scholars, making the school heavilly under-staffed. however many parent volunteers made this school much better than it was in the past. I made this review because I saw that most of the reviews were pre-pandemic (5+ years old). And because I want more staff and better students so we can get more funding and positive reviews.
I want to better my school so we wont be so sad. :3

If you’re looking for a school to help your child strive for success then this is not the school you’ll want your child to attend to. I’ve had my children attend here since they were in kindergarten. My oldest is now in her last year of primary and still at a 2nd grade level, needless to say the school system has failed them.

Every school year is the same thing teachers expressing how my child is academically challenged and behind then the rest of the children. I’m truly worried for any children who are struggling and not getting the help they need. I’ve met with other concerned parents who are also struggling with their childrens educational needs. I’ve wrote letters to get my children evaluated and have not heard back yet! (Going on 3 years)- If you believe your child may have a learning disability I highly recommend you look elsewhere maybe even consider a public school instead.

Additionally, I personally believe the rules and regulations are pretty much pointless to follow since there’s no sternness within the faculty and also very unorganized. That’s all.

Horrible expernice so far.. It's my daughter first year here at Uplift Infinity. Enrolling my daughter in this school was a mistake. I have experienced nothing but frustration. Teacher and Directors do not communicate with you, I have left messages and emails to the Dean its been 3 weeks I have yet to here from her. We will not be back next year.

The education is average maybe below average. The administration and teachers are not helpful and exclude parents from every aspect of their child's academic career. Parents are not kept informed about students progress or activities in a timely manner. They have a nice smartphone app but things are posted at the last minute and grades are posted late. Enrolling my children in this school was a mistake. We've experienced nothing but frustration at every turn. We will not be back next year.

My children do not have homework often. When they do its a very short assignment. During tours and information sessions before enrolling parents were told that the cours load was heavy but that has not been our experience. I fear we have wasted a year of our children's education on this subpar school.

I have no idea. Parents have very little to exposure to ththe school. Parents are basically treated like annoyances not partners in education.
