My child has adjusted well at this school, and his teachers have been wonderful. Most of the staff are friendly and supportive, and I truly appreciate the positive classroom experience my child is having.

However, I have had several negative interactions with the administrative team, particularly with the assistant principal, Monica Sutherland. In my personal experience, her communication style has felt rude and unnecessarily harsh. I’ve also heard other parents and some staff express similar concerns, which makes me worry about the overall tone of the administrative environment.

I’ve also found the front office staff, including the health nurse, to be less welcoming than expected. My interactions have felt dismissive and unhelpful, which has been both surprising and disappointing.

Despite these administrative issues, I am grateful that my child enjoys his teachers and feels comfortable in the classroom. Academically, the school seems strong, but I hope to see improvements in the professionalism and approachability of the administrative staff. Lately, they don’t have a true library, which is really strange.

My children have attended this school for 3 years. We have no issue. They take the STARR like other Texas schools and my children have continued to do well and score high as they did previously to coming here. We have had our children at schools in KISD and NWISD I don't think those schools out performed ILT keller I think ILT is doing a good job. Everyone has and is entitled to their own opinions of course. Overall we are happy to have our kids attend the school and plan to continue sending them here and soon to the ILT keller-Saginaw high school :)

So far, we are impressed. My daughter is challenged yet supported. We love the language immersion, and I've been really impressed with the extra critical thinking portions of most of their studies.

I like that the daily homework for my first grader is all due on Fridays, so if we miss a day, we can make it up by the end of the week. I am torn though on whether nightly homework is necessary (I like teaching the personal responsibility of it, though).

Considering how many kids their are and all that goes on, they do a phenomenal job staying organized and communicating well. Best driveline I've ever seen. They can clear out 1600 students in a half hour!

I feel the homework is a little much. Homework every night in first grade on top of occasional projects and special assignments. Just feels excessive to me.

My son started here in kindergarten and just completed first grade. We have really enjoyed the school for the most part. The teachers are really good about communicating with parents. I live that they teach Chinese/Mandarin and Spanish!
