Overall, it has been a great experience. I feel like my teens are getting a solid high school education and will be prepared for college.

My teens have told me that the project-based approach sticks with them better. They feel like they are learning more. All of the homework is related to their projects, so the amount varies. Generally, the work seems more enjoyable than traditional homework (though, of course, it's still work and not always what they want to do, i.e. chill and watch YouTube).

We LOVE the teachers. Every single one of them really cares about the students. It's like a family.

The teachers are good role models for the students. All students seem to be held to a high standard. Because they have to work in teams, the students have the opportunity to work on these traits, and other soft skills, naturally.

The school seemed to be experiencing some growing pains logistically. They have worked hard to improve communication with the parents, and it shows. The leadership cares and seems to learn from mistakes and continue to improve.

This is a great school for students with dyslexia/dysgraphia. All of their work is done on iPads, so it is easy to implement digital accommodations.

Bullying is not a huge problem at this school, and it can be dealt with rather quickly, though not eradicated.
