No family involvement. Signed up for PTA and not one word has even been said. Insanely strict rules with four minute passing periods that they can only use RR at this time and are to leave their backpacks in halls, ex. teenage girls this is embarrassing to not be able to grab a feminine product in the comfort of a stall. No one should be denied a bathroom trip. Dress code that teachers dont abide by and threaten your child with ISS over shorts that are at knee length and longer than the athletic shorts you buy from here.. Rude upper staff that teachers have even made comments of to the students, this is what makes children the best students fall through the cracks.
How about a safety plan in 2023, thats important to all of us right? The kids dont even know what that is or looks like and not one teacher has told them in over a year..

Overall the school sucks, you dont get any support and teachers ignore signs of anything you student it struggling with. They also have insanely strict rules that can cause actual health issues.

I love this school! The administrators are amazing, especially our principal Mr.Gatlin. I recommend coming to this school for we have the best kids and facility! My son says he loves this school and he feels like he has a family at the school. I recommend sending your kid to this school too so he can be apart of the mustang family!

My daughter was sexually assaulted by another student (at school) and they let him return a few weeks later! Not only did she have to see him everyday but she has to hear him make comments about her and to other people. To add to it, his girlfriend bullied her until we finally had to take her out of school permanently! Her VP principal had the audacity to ask her if anything was wrong because she seemed different. She went from As and Bs to failing 6 classes!
