Barton is horrible about letting you know when a kid gets injured. I am now scared to send my kid to school after him coming home with a knot on his head the size of his nose. After having a meeting with the principal they still couldnt tell me what happen.

Barton is in the middle of a low economic community. Many students have harder home lives and come to school with their mind preoccupied. Barton teachers believe in their students. They not only care about their education but they care about each individual student that walks through the doors.

My children went to Barton. I started as a parent and moved to being a teacher here. The teachers really care. Barton has great activities for kids - like Makerspace activities before school, a student council, and they have Destination Imagination teams.
