All of the Port Aransas schools are fantastic. They are incredibly safe with tremendous resources. Transfer students come from many surrounding communities to take advantage of the best education in the coastal bend.

We love it here! All of our children are enjoying the schools in Port Aransas. We have lived in several different places and the schools here are the best we've seen. The intesisty of the curriculm is balanced well with the warmth of this great community. Parents, teachers and administrators work well together and the community as a whole comes together to supports families and children in an ideal way.

My son has gone to Port Aransas schools since 1st grade and he has excelled in everything. He is now in HS and is taking all AP and Honors courses and the teachers are great!! The High School and Elementary got a commended rating and that is the best you can get! I highly recommend this school and town to anyone. There is minimal alcohol abuse and not much drug use. The good thing is, as small as this community is if there is a problem you as a parent know about it before it happens twice!

This school is located on a small island known for its alcohol and drug use. The kids here have no outlets other than hanging at the beach and partying. While its not the school's fault, this is not a great place for your kids.
