My son went to this school for 7 years as it was affordable and the main reason was that I did not feel public schools as safe and worried about the market place overloaded type of education and environment. This school is cheaper than others but is always begging for money. Please see the google review. Main problem is the current administration.

We have been extremely happy with this school for the past three years. It is a true Montessori school. My kids are very happy there. They feel supported and confident. It has been great that the kid’s learn at their own levels as my older child is a very quick learner and I feel that he would probably be bored in a regular class.

Great School, Amazing Teachers and Staff! Would HIGHLY recommend to all families!

My oldest child began attending Redeemer at age 3 and is now beginning fourth grade, and has achieved very high scores in every year of Iowa Basic Skills Testing held by the school. My youngest child also started at age 3 and is starting kindergarten. We have been thrilled with the educational experience, the adherence to true Montessori teaching, and with the quality of the teachers and staff. They are receiving an excellent head start above those in the traditional schools. Both read at an early age. It is a true Montessori certified program, which is unique in the DFW area. It is a culturally diverse school, also contributing to their education. The teachers have been there many years, showing their high satisfaction and experience as well. It is a hidden gem, not fancy, but a smart choice for those committed to education and an approach toward learning that will stay with your child forever. The new director has brought new ideas and has a strong montessori background. We would highly recommend Redeemer to anyone looking for a preschool, kindergarten, and elementary education (the school starts in a toddler program and goes through sixth grade) in the DFW area.

Both of my children attended Redeemer until Kindergarten, and we loved every experience. Outstanding staff, loving teachers, and great families made our time here memorable. I'm a 10-year veteran teacher in Irving ISD and often use strategies I observed at RMS in activities for my on classroom.

This used too be a very good school, but lot of good talented teachers have since left as well as the director. The new director is not very good at directing. She is their to make the yuppy parents happy. The website was last update in 2012 maybe? Be very careful as all new teachers whom are not close to Montessori certified. All remaining teacher talent is poorly trained in montessori teaching. Just test the director your self by asking about different montessori teaching concepts in multiple ways. Wait and see the answers that will tell you the whole story. THINK your kids future is at stake!

If you are a parent aware of the Montessori system of education-then you walk into a montessori school with a certain set of expectations.RMS did not meet those expectations for me.I would advise parents looking at Montessori education to personally research/talk to teachers of the school, (not just principal)before taking a call.Having Montessori materials in a classroom does not make it an authentic Montessori school.
