The office aid Gloria is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. The rooms app is a complete joke. I work and on short day this Wednesday my baby sitter canceled on me with no notice. Today she canceled on me at about 11:00 am school gets out at 12:20 so I sent a message to all 4 of my children's teachers through the rooms app to please make sure my kids don't get on the bus which takes them the opposite direction as my work so I can pick them up. I got no response and only have a limited time to tell them because they load the kids onto the bus at 11:45 or 12. As I did not get a response I called the office in a last attempt to make sure my kids don't get on the bus so they're not alone and scared. As soon as I explained this to Gloria she gave me horrible attitude and said "I don't know what you expect us to do about it" they're so lazy they can't pick up a phone and phone down to the class and ask the teacher to make sure my kids don't get on the bus so they're not scared and alone. Not even if it's an emergency or if your baby sitter cancels last minute. I had to leave work go down and check my children out because they couldn't sit on their lazy butts at their desk job and make a call to a class room.... This school is a joke and Gloria SHOULD NOT EVER work with parents and students. If I could give zero starts I would.
