This school is a very good school. The new administration are awesome, everyone's friends with everyone. It's also a lot smaller then most schools. The kids here mind their business and are pretty nice. I mean the worst I've seen is kids being brats but no bullying. I'm a student here and I actually love it. Yes the school has a bad rep and sometimes targeted mainly due to being right behind the high school. But fr this school ain't bad, it's not perfect but it's good. Teachers and students are cool.

This school has great teachers and staff although the school is a targeted school we get many threats and we get put on lockdown or hold. All the teachers are very calm when these things happen. There is no AC so in the summer it is extremely but in the spring, fall and winter is nice.

There are some amazing teachers who are very dedicated in what they do and they try to make students have the best environment possible. There are a few not many that I would consider not good teachers, they are all nice people but they put too much of their private life that students didn't need to know in lessons. There is a lot of favoritism when it comes to certain teachers, many of them cater to sports players, officers, and cheerleaders.
The students who have the higher leadership positions (Officers, Student Body Officers, Cheerleaders) tend to be rude and discriminate against others. Many students are rude and it may not be great for people with mental disabilities. Many students get made fun of and bullied by these people. It is a very cliquey school and people tend to stay in there groups. There is a lot of language used from students that is unacceptable but the staff doesn't do anything.
The school seems to be falling apart thought. I have witnessed ceiling tiles fall out and lights break and swing down on kids.
T.H. Bell has many sports and extracurricular activities to join as well. The school has an activity for just about everyone. Some of the activities include: MESA, FCCLA, FBLA, VEX Robotics, NJHS, German Club, Hope Squad, School Play, Band and Orchestra, and many others.
95% of teachers don't assign homework unless you didn't finish work in their class. Even then many of them provide work days in class. They also have a homeroom class dedicated to allowing students to go to other classes to work on homework and assignments they need help on.
When it comes to leadership there are lessons on it but its only like once a month or so and most people don't implement it. Most of the time people get leadership experience by joining clubs. The school also doesn't teach its values well.
Overall T.H. Bell is a great school with tons of opportunities. Every student is issued a Chromebook to keep for the year to do homework and assignments on. The students bring the school down very much and its hard for teachers to keep them in check. There are also very large classes which makes it hard to keep all students under control. It is a very good school if you want to connect 1 on 1 with your teachers and have a personalized experience. On the negative side many kids are racist and bully and haze kids. I have heard the staff talk about each other behind their backs causing a negative environment on the school.
