I have two children at Occoquan; one in fourth grade and one in first. They love going to school, have loved all of their teachers, and all instances where they needed support have been handled superbly. The teachers, administrators, and staff are all fantastic, and have supported our entire family, not just our two students. The principal, Mr. Lint, has gotten to know all of my children, even the younger siblings that dont attend. Highly recommend this school.

We have LOVED Occoquan. My child attended a different elementary school in PWC for the first few years and we wish we had been able to have them attend Occoquan from day 1! Our child has had a great experience, Mr. Lint is a wonderful principal. The teachers are fantastic and the front desk staff is super friendly. Love everything about this school!

This is my sons second year at the school, he is in 1st grade now. The school is handling his IEP testing very well and the teachers are on top of it as best as can be through hybrid learning. The Principal, Mr. LIndt, makes a huge effort in getting to know the kids individually and my son absolutely adores him and looks forward to seeing him. The vice principal, Mr. Knight, is also very helpful with all the additional testing and work my son needs. 10/10 would recommend this school.

My grandson has attended Occoquan since the 2nd grade and will be "graduating" this year. He has come out of his shell, settled down, does his homework without fighting, and has good friends at the school. He began the year of a new principal (can't recall his name), but he is also the current principal. He is hands on. He is outside in the morning as the children are arriving, outside as they are leaving ... knows many children by their names. My son has gone to him several times with questions or concerns and they have been handled. I would highly recommend this school. Too bad for Occoquan the current Principal is departing and going to the Middle School in that area - but from their reviews, they need him worse than Occoquan!

I have two sons that attends Occoquan Elementary School and they both love it! As a parent, I must say this school year has been the best thus far. The staff and especially the Principal and Assistant Principal are phenomenal. We are relocating back to NC and we as a family will miss the "O" family! Thank you for the best 2 years of education for my boys and we really appreciate you! Have a successful school year!
