My son has thrived socially and emotionally in this school, the teachers work together as a team and have great rapport with each other, the students, and the parents. The school nurse is very experienced, as a nurse practioner and mom and she gives great health information to the kids and parents. The school always goes above and beyond to support families if they have unusual circumstances and Ive been very impressed with how kind, considerate, and adaptable the administration is. I feel so blessed that my son attended middle school here, he has grown so much they didn't give him a pass but instead challenge him rise to the occasion. I'm always surprised by how supportive and dedicated the staff at Queen of Apostles school is, and the kids are nice and the student body is very diverse, they have an international fest to celebrate everyone's culture and differences. I'm catholic but now if I am curious about a biblical principle I ask my son, he's absorbing the Bible and catholic teachings like a sponge! Recently he taught me new things about Goliath, Simon of Cyrene who carried Jesus' cross and Saint Sebastian. My son went from reluctantly attending church irregularly to participating in youth group and serving as an Altar server weekly. This is a gem of a school in Alexandria VA.

Im not trying to discount the voices of parents who have had negative experiences. However, I believe the school also deserves some positive reviews from happy parents to reflect the full reality. No system is perfect for everyone.

My child transferred from a school with an alternative curriculum, and we were initially worried about this new school, which seemed very different from what we were used to. However, we are extremely happy with our decision. Our child enjoys the school and its activities so much that they never want to stay home or skip a dayeven when we offer!

The teachers and the principal work hard and closely with parents to ensure the best for the children. This semester, there are more students than before, so there were a few challenges at the beginning. But thanks to great communication and extra effort from the staff, weve been able to thrive as part of this wonderful community.

We love the sense of community here and are grateful to see our child embracing faith and growing in Christianity. Im happy to give this school five stars!

Im glad the positive reviewers family had a good experience, but dismissing other parents concerns is part of the problem. Good anecdotes dont negate serious, repeated reports such as the ones presented here. Many children can survive a rigid system; some even thrive without so much as a hiccup. That doesnt justify or excuse an educational culture that punishes misunderstanding, denies students their voice, and sidelines parents who advocate for their children.

In my opinion, children who need structure with understandingespecially those with executive-function or emotional-regulation challengeswill tend to fare poorly in an environment like Queen of Apostles. A reactive, punitive posture doesnt build character; it amplifies anxiety and erodes trust. That was our child's experience, and other families who experienced as much deserve to be heard, not dismissed.

I have been a parent at Queen of Apostles School for many years. In fact, I have a college student who attended from kindergarten through 8th grade, and I could not be more grateful to the teachers and staff of this wonderful school. The dedication they show to the children is extraordinary! They put their heart and soul into their work every single day.

I completely disagree with the upsetting reviews from some parents. My experience has been the opposite, and I wholeheartedly recommend this school. The teachers genuinely care, and the principal not only listens but consistently emphasizes partnership and safety with parents.

Thank you, Queen of Apostles, for helping my child grow into the amazing person they are today. I will be forever grateful. Go Eagles!

I must agree with a previous poster in that our family's experience with this school was also deeply disappointing.

Our family experienced what we feel to have been an unjust parting of our son's enrollment at school. We were looking forward to having our child re-enrolled and welcome our kinder to the school but were told unbeknownst to us that we felt our needs were not met at this school. There were no prior communications or meetings of outreach by the school to partner with us and ask if we were unsatisfied from our end. Our son has had some strong connections and friendships at this school over the course of the last few years and due to what we feel was a swift and irrational decision on the part of the Administration that did not include communicating/partnering with us, devastated our son.

Our family was fully committed to the support and partnership with this school providing financial and non financial support throughout our 3 years there. The meeting with the principal to dismiss us was the first and only meeting held with her during our time at the school, and it was a rushed 10 minutes.

It is because of this we feel that this was unjust for the fact that we had numerous requests to meet to discuss an incredibly serious violation of our son's privacy that took place with our son at the school last year and also for pointing out some active violations in the schools extended day program and inquiring about whether they were addressed.

The timing of our dismissal also seemed off as we were called at the end of January about re enrolling, given a unique re-enrollment code at the beginning of January and have had no incidents come up that would have warranted a shift to not allowing us back for the 2025-2026 school year.

In our experience this school would benefit greatly from strong operational leadership as well as a less reactive and more active listening approach in their communication. Improvements overall in communication will also serve to benefit the school greatly. I feel these things would greatly improve the partnership between parent and school.

I too cannot recommend this school for parents who like us value active listening, truthfulness, partnership and most importantly a safe environment for their children.

In my opinion, my childs experience with this school was deeply disappointing and led to the difficult decision to withdraw. A single incident, which I believe stemmed from a misunderstanding during playful behavior, was mishandled in a way that created an unnecessarily stressful environment for my child. The schools response felt punitive and severe, rather than fostering understanding and growth.

I was particularly troubled by the administrations refusal to fully hear my childs perspective. While he acknowledged his words, he denied the intent others assigned to them. In my view, the school did not seem willing to consider his explanation, which left me feeling that the disciplinary process lacked fairness and a genuine effort to understand his perspective.

Additionally, when I specifically told my child he could request my presence during further questioning, and that request was reportedly denied, I felt that an important line of trust and communication was crossed. This decision, in my opinion, reflected a lack of respect for both my childs well-being and my role as a parent in such situations.

I was also concerned to hear that the principal may have disciplined my child in front of other students who were not involved in the matter. If accurate, this would, in my view, undermine principles of privacy and respect that should guide student interactions. Combined with what seemed to be a chaotic classroom environment, I believe the situation escalated unnecessarily, raising concerns about classroom management and teacher support.

My interactions with the administration also left me dissatisfied. Their responses often felt unresponsive or lacking in transparency, which made it difficult to address my concerns effectively. This lack of clarity, coupled with the inadequate handling of the incident, led me to question whether the school was acting in my childs best interest.

Overall, this experience has led me to doubt the schools ability to provide what I would consider a supportive and nurturing learning environment. Improvements in communication, classroom management, and restorative approaches, in my opinion, would benefit the school greatly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this school to parents who, like me, value thoughtful and compassionate education for their children.

I came from another Catholic school in the area looking for a better environment for my son who has ADHD among other things. I wanted to stay in a Catholic community, because I appreciate the values and interest kids get in most schools. It was also important to find a caring environment, willing to learn to help a neurodiverse child, while maintaining normality in every-day life, so I am pleased to say that Queen of Apostles has been incredibly supportive and understanding. Beginning with a uniform that allows oversensitive kids to dress with ease, the resource teacher has met with me, and adjusted accomodations as needed without hesitance. Teachers really care! The principal is always smiling, willing to listen, and a true leader. Academically, middle school is very good. Teachers make sure they help those who are behind, and parents enjoy a community of diversity of mind and strong Catholic teaching. Adoration, Mass, daily prayers, and moral virtues are some of the things that show its true Christian identity. Finally, QoA keeps activities fun and motivating; children want to learn, they feel loved, and take challenges seriously because they know they are in a good place.

The teachers go above and beyond to work with the kids and make them excel. The small classes are a huge benefit in addition to having teaching assistants and resource teachers. If a kid is falling behind they work diligently to get them where they need to be.

The current principal, Ms. Arias, is amazing. She genuinely loves the kids and focuses on resources for the teachers. She is an educator first and foremost and wants the success of the teachers and the students. The school is so incredibly fortunate to have such an amazing principal.

Whether you are here for a temporary career assignment or plan to make Northern Virginia home for your family, Queen of Apostles is worth visiting and considering. We came here for a 3 year assignment and decided to retire in the area largely based on how much our kids loved this school. The teachers are absolutely dedicated to developing your children academically, spiritually and morally. Our oldest graduated in June and we have two younger children still at QofA. This is a great school.

Like others we stumbled upon this school by accident. We had some concerns about the size of the local schools and a child with some health issues that required a smaller classroom/learning environment. We have been so impressed. Our child is getting an amazing education (personal attention, small classrooms, warm environment) from this school. This is how schools used to be before overcrowding happened. The teachers and the administration know all of the children and take care of them. My child, once shy and timid, has flourished in the environment. The other children in all grades are amazing and look out for one another. This is a place where a child can remain a child for quite a while and learn. The emphasis on kindness is apparent. There is a also a large non-Catholic population so there is definitely an emphasis that all are welcomed. It is just families that want there kid to learn, feel safe, and be kind.

When my child had a mild incident with bullying, the entire middle school staff was happy to discreetly meet with me (mind you this is about six teachers). They were genuinely concerned. Fortunately, the situation soon resolved itself on its own. Again, if a child is having a problem, the teachers may be unaware of it, but once it is brought to their attention they are responsive.

Our experience at this school has been outstanding. We feel very fortunate that we ended up here. Even at just around 180 students, the school is extremely diverse-families from Bulgaria, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Ethiopia, Columbia, Peru, Columbia, Nicaragua, Korea, Vietnam, etc. . The only downside is due to many first generation students, test scores arent as high as other schools. I dont think this a reflection on the students or the teachers but just the natural result of either not having English as the child or their parents first language. That said, the diversity is organic and the feeling of community is genuine. Due to the small size your kids have to get along with everyone as inevitably they will be sitting next to everyone of their classmates at one time or another. It is also too small to support cliques, so while it is not a love fest, there is no jock clique or nerd clique, kids mix. And as with everything in life, QofA is what you make of it. It can be a place where your kids goes for 7 hours for academics, or it can be a second family.

The amount of homework gradually increases as the students progress from kindergarten (no homework) to 8th grade (managing multiple short and long-term assignments.) . From what I hear from parents of public school students, question QofA does give relatively more homework, but I think it will better prepare them for high school. Like all schools some teachers are better than others, but QofA has made it a priority to bring in top-notch teachers in recent years (middle school math, fifth grade). Although Catholic school teachers are paid far less than public school teachers, I understand QofA tries its best to pay their teachers as much as they can in order to bring in the best talent around.

In todays climate, you are constantly battling all kinds of negative influences (social media, tv, music, etc. that simply illustrate no moral standards), the Catholic environment here at least tries to teach children about morals, values and character. While the students are far from perfect, at least they are exposed to positive influences (Ten Commandments, respect for self and others, etc.) . In sum, this school not only preparess children academically but really focuses on instilling positive Christian values, including tolerance towards people different than themselves. You dont have to be religious or Catholic to attend this school, but not surprisingly the Catholic Faith truly defines this school.

Due to its small size, QofA can not provide the resources that you would get at a public school. If you have a child with substantial special needs this is not the school for you. If you have a child with mild needs, the small size of the school allows each student to get individual attention as needed. The teachers are very responsive, especially if you reach out to them.

This is our third year at Queen of Apostles. Our experience has been extremely positive, and we find it to be an excellent school. There is a new middle school math teacher this year. The school has a strong international community. The principal is kind yet strict and knows the students by name.

We like that students are given increasing levels of responsibility as they get older, which is part of the school's character development program. Bulling is not tolerated and is immediately addressed. Students who behave like bullies are not allowed to stay in the school. From the educators, we have only seen compassion and excellence. I have no doubt that any educator who ridiculed or bullied would be removed instantly.

The school is like a second family for us, helping and caring for all its members. The academics are very good. The diversity of and many languages spoken by the teachers and students enriches the lives and education of the student body. This is not quantifiable but is amazing and wonderful.

We have found every educator to be enthusiastic and excited about teaching. Our children love school and can't wait to get there each morning. Students receive a leveled education, and in the lower grades, they don't even realize it is happening! Teachers and administrators are immediately responsive to parent questions and concerns.

We feel so fortunate and blessed every day to attend this school. We are zoned for a blue ribbon public school and blue ribbon Catholic school but chose to send our children to QoA (out of zone) where we knew they would receive an excellent spiritual and character education in addition to the academics. Our children are confident and proud of themselves and their classmates. We love that, and we love this school!

Middle school math teacher needs to be changed or given a talking to. My child had the teacher for 3 years and knows so little math compared to students in public school. A grumpy teacher is of no use to the school. School needs a better teacher for math.

I think this is an excellent school with teachers and staff who genuinely care about not only the students academic but also their spiritual needs as well. It was recommended to me early on that my kindergartner receive additional support from title one. This was the best decision! Now my kinder is enjoying reading and has made an amazing improvement in this subject. I am so happy to be a part of the Q of A family!

We are a military family and therefore move every 2-3 years. When I received my orders to the Pentagon I immediately starting looking for the best school districts (as any parent would). However, I could not find what I was looking for. I was looking for a school that provided the same values that we instill in our children at home with the high quality education that I expect. After many months I found Queen of Apostles. It was truly the call to my prayers. My children have been at QoA for 3 years and love it. Every student is treated with respect and constant care.

This is my sons first year at Queen of Apostles and I can say that I could not be happier about my choice to send him there. He started kindergarten a little over two months ago (he is in Mrs. Dowdens class) and he has loved going to school since then. Judging by all the classwork that he brings home at the end of each week and from the stories he tells me, I can see that he is learning a great deal. He has also developed an even greater interest in reading and writing since school started. He used to attend a learning center prior to entering kindergarten, which was working out fine, but he just seems to be a much happier kid now. I credit the wonderful Mrs. Dowden and the caring staff at QofA with all of these positive changes in him (school staff seems to know him by name). The PTA at this school is very active and strongly encourages, almost requires, parents to be involved in their childrens lives in and out of school. I think this is a great thing because so many parents nowadays are not involved at all or not nearly as involved as they should be. And there are so many ways to be involved during and after school hours. The school also organizes many activities for students, their families, and the community (fall festival, international day, 5k race, etc.) I highly recommend this school to anyone who cares about their childs intellectual, emotional and spiritual development! Our son has been attending Queen of Apostles since kindergarten. He is now in 2nd grade and absolutely LOVES the school. He's made so many good friends who share his interests and values that he couldn't wait for summer break to end so that he could return. As a parent that makes me very happy. We love the faculty and administration. They provide every student with the attention, care and nurturing they require. The curriculum is challenging, the pace appropriate and the expectations pragmatic. It's exciting to see our son learning and growing every day! Queen of Apostles offers numerous extracurricular activities to keep students engaged, as well as unique supplemental educational opportunities, morning and extended day care and an amazing new science lab! The school also holds several family focused events throughout the year creating a community atmosphere that encourages involvement and mutual support. We are most grateful for the focus on Catholic values that provide the foundation for building strong moral character. We've witnessed the positive impact Queen of Apostles has had on our son and we can't recommend it highly enough.

The kindergarten teacher uses technology to teach, smartboards, etc. She keeps a blog so I can always know what my kids are learning each week. I am very happy with the attentiveness this school pays to its kids. Excellent school!

Both of our children have passed through the doors of Queen of Apostles Catholic School and have flourished scholastically, socially and spiritually. This educational foundation contributed to our oldest son's success in a challenging International Baccalaureate (IB) program in high school...eventually attending the University of California Berkeley.
Our other son (current student) literally runs to the front door, eager to begin each day. He looks forward to weekly visits/experiments in the science lab (microscopes, lab coats) and participating in the lego/robotics club. As a parent, I appreciate the focused attention our children receive with smaller class sizes and the interaction the older children have with the younger ones (i.e. 5th grade prayer partners at Mass with Kinders). There is an active PTO, and QofA's annual fund-raising/social events include a 5K run/1M walk, "Trick or Trunk," International Festival, Pancake Breakfasts. We are fortunate to be part of the QofA family!

Looking at the reviews for Queen of Apostles, you see baggage from previous leadership at the school has left bad taste in the mouth of parents. Since Mrs. Littlefield has taken over as principal, I have seen the school being reinvigorated by staff, students and parents. With that being said, some of the problems will not be overcome until everyone comes together to address issues likes enrollment or fees. If you have a problem, join the committee with that topic to solve it. I have been sending my children here for almost 5 years now and I love the sense of community the school has and the nurturing and loving environment for my children. But each year, we will evaluate what is best for our children and as long as the school continues to be the right place for my children this is where they will go.

I am a long term parent of a few children who attended K to 8th grade and successfully transitioned into local DC area private high schools. I also have a few more young ones still currently enrolled in the school. There was a drop in morale, parent participation and quality of education a few years ago - partially due to principal turnover. At that time, I pulled my kids out of QofA and enrolled them in a highly ranked public school but missed the QofA community and close student-teacher interaction. However, the new principal has a previous long term relationship with the school and parish and is totally committed to the success of the students and their families. The current PTO is also very engaged and energized. Any parent with a concern is free to express that concern and propose suggestions for improvement. The diverse ethnic community membership is a major strength. My message for current student parents and those thinking about enrolling your children - get involved! This is your opportunity to make an immediate impact! This is a great school on the march to getting even better.

Yes, enrollment has risen. But there have been many complaints that the new students who have been enrolled are mainly those in need of aid from the parish. Fees have been raised for others to accommodate this. This does not need to happen. Raising fees for some students while increasing enrollment for free-riding students isn't good for raising the level of the school.

I am a middle school parent, and i am very pleased with what i see at Q of A now. I was amazed, and now glad that i made the right decision for my child to stay and continue his education at Q of A. All my doubts, concerns, questions, and negative heresay from the past is now gone. I admire the hard work and dedication of the teachers, staff, and the PTO. As a parent, i can see their willingness to go above and beyond to teach my child - our children. The students are happy, well mannered, and very respectful. Again as parents, we only want the best for our children. I also admire the dedication of the other parents who voluteer their time and participate and really make every effort to get involved in the various school activities, events and fundraisings. 4 years and counting. We were going to send our child to public school but with a stroke of "bad luck", we were late in enrolling her to before/after care. We found QoA and it was a blessing in disguise. There was a bit of turmoil in the beginning with several changes in leadership but overall, the community was great. The support that you get from the teachers and the parents make it feel like a family setting. With the onset of Mrs Littlefield's leadership and a strong PTO, things have turned from good to better -- dare i say best!! There are things in a school that make you come back year after year and that is reflected in QoA's motto -- Faith, Excellence, and Joy.

This school has caring faculty, a devoted administration, and a faith filled curriculum. The students have a diverse background. Our parish priests lead after school athletics allowing the parish high school youth to lead our middle school students. Our parents are involved with the CYO and after school clubs. The PTO invites the parish community and surrounding neighborhoods to an international festival, fall festival, and 5K run that is growing every year.

As a parent of a young child at Q of A I couldn't be happier with the attention the teachers and school leadership provide him. I think the curriculum for someone his age is amazing and his math and reading skills are far superior to those of his public school peers. I think some of the comments below about fundraising are ridiculous and are coming from lazy parents who don't want to get involved in their child's academic career but instead expect the schools to babysit them. A good parent wants to get involved and Q of A invites parents to do so. They don't mandate it! And what school doesn't ask?! I only wish more would get involved. I've never once felt that the administration was forcing me to contribute my time or money to any fundraising campaign. If I choose to support the school my child attends, then I contribute what I can, as any good parent would. Most importantly, I've found that both the principal and the teachers all TRULY care about the students. And THAT my friends is a school I want my child to attend! And for the record, the school's music teacher recently moved on to a career at a local university. He was very good! They are seeking a replacement.

Queen of Apostles is a great school. Our son loves Q of A so much, during snow days, he complained. His teacher and the principal are both so involved, I really apprecaite everything they do. I also feel that the students at Q of A are all so well mannered. They are very polite, respsectful, and not only does this school teach required subjects, they are definitely teaching children to be good people. They have NEVER required additional donation or mandated volunteer time from us. We are working parents and this school definitely accommodates us - before/after school program hours are great, and the teachers during these extra hours are great as well. Thank you and looking forward to continuing our child' s education at Queen of Apostles.

Not the best choice for private school. I would agree with some of the previous posts. There is a new principal however, it is just a continuation of previous regimes. The school needs a lot of work, very dated. While the tuition is cheaper than other private schools, you have the parents getting nickeled and dimed all year for fundraising activities. The parish or the Diocese of Arlington should step up and spend some money on the school instead of asking the parents for more money and or volunteer to do plumbing work etc, on top of the tuition. Spending priorities are way off and when you ask, anything pertaining to money is off limits. There are very few after school activities for the kids and the ones that are available, cost money or require a parent to run the program. There are better choices out there for your children!

Queen of Apostles is a great school. It has recently undergone a change in leadership, and many of the complaints below are now irrelevant. For instance, student drop off and pick up run like clock work. The school is small, unlike the others in our area which have 1000 kids or more, and we feel very valued. The teachers are very organized and there is a strong sense of community with a lot of parents chipping in to help. The school is definitely on track to earn a Blue Ribbon award in the next few years!

My child has been in this school for 6 years now. He is very comfortable here. He likes after school programs. Teacher who he has so far is very responsible. We really like the school s student ethnically balance, diverse community and strong PTO. School has a lot of changes lately with positive sign. Hope school s teachers, staff and parents keep it up their work hard for our future genius.

With two kids in the school, our experience has been a great one! The school has an advanced math program in middle school and is working to improve the Science program with the introduction of robotics for ALL grades and the ongoing implementation of new technology for teachers and students - a testament to the parents who participated heavily in fundraisers to provide these for the school. It is unrealistic to expect, given the low tuition costs, that volunteer hours and donations would not be required to enhance the quality of education and the student surroundings. They Gym is one of the nicest in the Diocese and the Library, Science and Computer labs are well equiped and up to date. Music and band program is awesome. The teachers are kind to the children, very open and welcome parental involvement, and the majority of parents are invested heavily in the school and their education and welfare. Every day (hail or shine), the Principal and some teachers are in car line welcoming the students to school and the staff have an "open door" policy - a clear testament to their committment. The on site staff and nurse are caring and nurturing to the children and their well being.

Queen of Apostles could be a great school, but the principal is ineffective. He never deals with problems head on - despite the parents trying to offer solutions and recommendations. Whether it is bullying, curriculum issues, etc his only action is to ask you into his office for a "talk" where he tries to convince you that your perception is wrong, and then nothing changes. He is in denial about the schools obvious problems that are brought to his attention. His solution to bullies is to bring the bully and the victim together for a "talk", and then he takes no action (which has prompted many parents to pull their kids from middle school, some in mid-year). He doesn't answer email (and goes days without reading it), and when asked important details of upcoming events he is is often is unaware. The parents are actively involved, and have good ideas. The majority of the teachers are dedicated (middle school teachers need improvement), but with a new principal that addresses concerns and brings strong leadership the school could be fantastic!

My daughter started attending this school since kinder and she is now in 2nd grade. My daughter loves the school and her teachers. As a parent, I am so pleased that my daughter gets to learn religion, moral values, as well as other challenges. The teachers are great, the Principal is wonderful, and the PTO members are always very strong to address students/teachers/parents concern. The school have many activities for the students such as sports, talent shows, christmas shows, grandparents day, international day, field trips, and more. The school have a great extended day program that help the students to do their homeworks and assign different activities. There is a strong friendship bondage in the whole school. Their lunch program is great and they have an option to bring lunch from home. Compared to other private schools this school's tuition is very reasonable.

My child has attended this school for three years. Although the tuition is low and the class size is small, there is no gifted and talented program, and spanish is the only foreign language offered. The robotics program is brand new and is only available to older students. The lunch program is expensive ($4.50 p/day) and on a monthly basis. There are many functions yet, many of the same parents and their "cliques" attend or run these events. After paying tuition you're always asked to chip in or donate cash or items for all functions. The pick-up line is ridiculous and many parents skip it by waiting in the church parking lot, walk up and zoom off. Very frustrating. If it weren't for the many friends my daughter has made over her years at Queen of Apostles, I would've tried another school. I believe the school has good intentions, yet is still missing vital pieces to be a successful and inviting community.

I feel the need to respond to the negative review on here as some of it is inaccurate. I've never believed placement tests should be given in any school because every child deserves a chance to excel. Yes, some play happens in the parking lot- it also happens in the new gym and on the playground as well. The county denied the school's desire to enhance the school with a green space so that is still being worked on. The teachers teach to the child- no extra resources are actually needed- things are leveled within the classroom. It isn't the first time a parent has claimed "boredom" when their child misbehaves- there are multiple factors leading to poor behavior- boredom is seldom one of them. The administration gets stronger by the minute and truly involved parents see this- anti-bullying, robotics, field trips, health and nutrition programs have been added since he began. The principal knows every parent and child's name and spends a great amount of time roaming the halls and checking the classrooms. A healthy hot lunch is offered-with real fruit and vegetables! There are numerous options to get involved and from the front desk to the classroom- it feels like family.

My child transferred to Q of A as a first grader. With no placement tests given, he fell through the cracks and become bored. The only positive aspect of the school is the small class-size. Some negatives, the school is so small recess is held in the parking lot, there are no resources for advanced children, and all religious sacraments are in conjunction with the parish CCD classes so no real need to stay for the religious aspect of a Catholic school. The school lacks strong leadership and the academic and behavior standards are low as well. There are other private schools nearby that will offer your student a safe, friendly environment to learn.

My son is attending Queen of Apostles since Kinder. They have excellant and dedicated team of teachers and challenging academinc programs. My son is truly enjoying his school. I would recommend this school to all the parents.

What a great school! My child (Kinder) loves her surroundings and loves her teacher, too. She genuinely likes her classmates and works well with them. As a parent, I am proud of all the academic accomplishments my child has made throughout the year as this speaks to the dedication of the teachers/staff members. I love the fact that the school is nestled in a safe neighborhood off the beaten track and is small, unlike the public schools in this area that are far too large and overcrowded. Another great attribute of Q of A is the diversity of the student body. No mass majority here as the school boasts a great mix of kids from all different parts of the world. Another quality of the school is the involvement from the parents. All parents are required to volunteer their time as this allows them meet other parents, develop insight to the workings of the school as well as helping the school raise money for various projects and necessities. I look forward to the years to come.
