As a transplant to the area without a traditional family “village” nearby, FBCC CDC has truly become our village. We have two children enrolled, and I can say with complete confidence that they are deeply loved, well cared for, and genuinely nurtured here. FBCC CDC is a true family environment in every sense of the word.

I am constantly (and happily) surprised by how much my toddler is learning at such a young age — from critical developmental skills to social and emotional growth. I especially appreciate the emphasis on outdoor time and nature, the strong focus on community, and the incredible support they provide to us as parents.

We are in daily, open communication with both the teachers and administrators. They always have a pulse on exactly what’s going on with the kids, and I’ve personally learned so much from them along the way. The level of care, attention, and partnership with parents is exceptional.

I also love that while First Baptist may be in the name, this is a truly inclusive, heart-centered program. The school thoughtfully celebrates many different religious holidays and cultures, creating a warm and welcoming environment for all families.

After attending two other daycare centers and doing extensive research on childcare costs in the area, I find FBCC CDC’s pricing to be very fair — especially given the quality of care. I also deeply appreciate that this is not a large corporate or private-equity-owned center, but a place genuinely dedicated to serving, loving, and helping children grow until they move on to their next adventure.

We feel incredibly grateful to be part of the FBCC CDC family. I highly recommend coming to do a tour and seeing if it’s the right place for your family!

The teachers are doing the best they can! As well as the admin. They are learning and growing everyday and I’m happy with this institution

Directors are incompetent and rude. The assistant director chain smokes next to the playground.

I have two boys who have attended from infant age through preschool. We’ve been very happy in the school’s program. Our kids are thriving and happy. They are learning wonderfully at this school and we feel very fortunate to be at this school. We also have grown close with many other families attending and find the community of the school very friendly.

We have loved every bit of our time at CDC for our son since he joined in October 2014. He has thrived and will be sad to go but is ready for his new chapter. We can't wait to attend the camps!

As a preschool, they do not give out homework often.

In-house professional development provides teachers the support they need when caring for children.

This is our third daycare /preschool experience for our two boys and the best by far. We are very happy with the consistency and quality of the teachers and feel that our boys are in great hands and developing while also enjoying their experience.

I am a teacher and expect a lot from a daycare/preschool. I am pleased with the school as my daughter has been attending for three years. There are three things that sets this daycare apart. 1. Infant care classroom are so special. They will meet everysingle request that you have. My infant teachers loved my daughter so much. I would often pop in and never found anything afoul or off. 2. The extra classes they offer. My daughter studies chinese, spanish, art, reading, and PE. She also does gymnastics, piano, and ballet at an extra cost. 3. The recitals. There are plenty of opportunities to see your kid onstage with a christmas pageant, multicultural festival, blackhistory..etc. I do notice that some classes are better than others but have been happy with all of the teachers addressing any concerns that I have. I would rank infant care a 5 stars Preschool 4 stars

Their waiting list is a sham! I visited this school for a tour and paid the application fee because the director said I was in the single digit on the waiting list. My check was cashed immediately of course and on inquiring a month later I moved to #36 and a few weeks later to #55.

I have had a bad experience here with the administration. I am moving my kids first chance I get.

My son just started here and I must say I'm less than impressed. I wonder if the quality of teachers and the overall quality of the school went down in the past year.
