I’m writing this review because it looks like old reviews are tanking their scores. We LOVE this daycare. We have an infant in the rooms and they are amazing with our son. Have been since day 1. We’ve had little to no problems. Things that can simply be resolved quickly or accidental mistakes that actually weren’t mistakes lol. He is my first born and I can confidently send him there and feel safe doing so. We love it here!

My children have attended many different daycare centers but I have never experienced one with such disorganization and unprofessional leadership. I could barely get a greeting when entering the school on multiple occasions even though leadership is sitting at the front desk. When I ask my school age child what they did during the day, I was told all they got to do was watch their friend play their tablet. I think this is irresponsible since there are so many kids there, how can the teachers supervise what they are watching? Also, why are they allowed to sit on tablets when they are being paid to provide the kids with activities? I also felt disrespected and ignored by leadership on more than one occasion. There needs to be a serious leadership overhaul. Like the other reviewer, I rarely write reviews. I can count on one hand the amount of reviews I've written in my life but this is definitely worth warning other parents about.

My child was in the after school program and was rarely encouraged to work on homework while there.

Turnover is terrible , after school teachers seem like they do not want to be there. Teachers are rotated throughout the facility which makes it difficult for children to establish a comfort level. This is especially hard on younger children who need stability.

I can't think of an example where my children were encouraged to develop character. This is unfortunate. I was very excited that the daycare was attached to a church and I have never been more disappointed in my childcare choice. We have experience with numerous facilities all over the country.

The overall attitude of the leadership is careless. This is the first time I've felt like those "watching" my children did not care about them. The only email communication received was regarding the inflated fees and the frequent "teacher development" closings always on a friday and usually near a holiday. It would be nice to have an update on what children are learning/how the center is working to develop children, etc. I experienced a very unprofessional attitude and overall appearance from the leadership.

I didn't even get past the summer camp registration process. The disorganization was horrendous. They didn't have information readily available about their programs and the people behind the desk often didn't know all the answers to my questions. Teachers don't have school emails so parents can't talk to them directly. There was apparently a meeting for summer camp that I found in their packet but it was canceled without mention, but nor was I ever notified that there was supposed to be a meeting. Also, though some employees were kind, others blankly stared at me when I was visiting to check things out, even when I said hi or smiled back. I trusted my gut and knew my child would not be attended to well here. If they can't do something as simple as tell me how long field trips are or explain class size or *what* exactly goes on during a typical day, then they don't get to take my child. Do ALL your homework before registering your child here. If they don't care to respect the parents, then how much less will they care for your children when you're not around? I rarely post reviews but I felt it necessary to warn others of my horrible, lengthy, and information-gap filled registration efforts. We are officially de-registered and homeschooling this summer.

My children were in there for Summer Camp this year, and I was unimpressed. I know they never collected the right paperwork, they did nothing to discipline out of control children. It was actually the girls in the school age group that were bullies. They were physically harming the boys and just out of control. The staff was lazy. I have never seen a daycare allow electronic devices. If I wanted my children on tablets and in front of a TV all day I could have found a high school student watch them. The facilities were lacking and dirty. My kids are always excited to go to daycare/school and this was the first time ever they begged me not to send them. I absolutely will not allow them back there.

My children love Salem Fields so their mom and I do too. They made us feel like they cared about our kids and wanted to care FOR them. We looked all over and the only place we got the "warm fuzzy" was Salem Fields. And our instincts were right on!

The kids have the opportunity to do their homework if they/their parents want them to do it at the center.

I normally don't write reviews but felt the need to share my experience. My child attended this school for 3 weeks. It was terrible! She was in the school age class. The classrooms are way over crowded. There are hardly any activities to keep them busy. The director will tell you what you want to hear but its not the truth. You would think it being in a church, it would be better. At least thats what I expected. Instead it was worse then another daycare we've been to. Remember they don't have to follow certain guidelines because of it being in a church. I would highly recommend you take your child elsewhere.

My daughter has been going her since she was 5 months old and she is now 17 months old. She has learned so much there. She can sign and say please, thank you, bath, bubbles, head and more! She can show us where her eyes, ears, nose, mouth, hair and head, toes and belly button are located. I have been really impressed with her level of learning. I am extrememly please with the attetion the teachers give her. She loves the toddler room and is learning so much every day!! I would highly recommend this school to anyone.
