I have a son in kindergarten and Ive had the worst experience. Hes really talented when it come to academics but the teachers are teaching so many kids that they dont have time to really look at all their strengths. I guess thats public school for you.

My son who is now in HS attended Annandale Terrace Elementary. He was in the advanced academics program from 3rd grade on and continues to do honors coursework in high school. And my daughter is currently a student at Annandale Terrace and also thriving, both academically and socially. The current principal and staff are amazing!

Teachers are very responsive for my 2 kids in kindergarten and 2nd grade. Principal is also responsive to any queries. You have to adjust to some things but mostly a positive experience.

Mi hijo recibe mucha ayuda de su maestra ms dillon cuando el paso por una situación muy estresante junto a la ayuda de consejera trabajadora social y todos los implicados me siento muy agradecida ya que mi hijo se se ciente muy contento y feliz con su maestra y se q gracias a sus maestros y la ayuda de dios mi hijo será un buen estudiante

Runaway thats what I will start with. Terrible terrible experience so far. We moved to the Fairfax county for its school but such a big disappointment.I wish I knew about the school resting before. We are moving for this place just because of this school, if we could we would have moved sooner.

I attended Annandale Terrace Elementary School! The teacher's I had were amazing. I am a newly accepted freshman to Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. This proves that you don't need to move far away for better education. This school has been cozy and comfortable and the intercession classes are great...(do they still have that?) :)
