Library services went to the Richardson side of JBER when the AF library on Elmo closed. The joint library is on Richardson, in the Education Center building, which ample parking on site. They have everything you'd expect from a base library, including video games. While it was convenient to have a library on Elmo, this library is in a much newer building, and it's located with the Ed Center for convenience. I believe they're only closed Sundays and holidays.
