The San Diego Zoo is the best zoo we have ever been to. We took a tram around the park first and then walked around the zoo. It’s a huge zoo and you won’t get thru all of it in one day. We loved the panda enclosure, they were so cute. We also like the elephants, lions and giraffes. The food is also amazing, get the food pass and stuff yourself all day. :)

My kids were so thrilled to spend the day looking at reptiles and animals. Go early, we got there around 9am when it was opening and avoided lines and crowds. By about 1pm they were tired and wanted to go home. It is very stroller friendly, and there is stroller parking if you want to take a bus tour or jump on the sky tram.
