Richmond Hill Medical Home 3

Richmond Medical Home is for military families that live in Richmond Hill. I've had mostly good experiences with going to the doctors here! They seem more efficient then the post clinic and for the most part they are running only a few minutes behind. They have a lab, and immunizations along with a pharmacy all within the one building. The pharmacy does not do call ahead refills for prescriptions so you have to go take a number and wait to be called. It is located in a shopping center in the middle of Richmond Hill so it is centrally located which is awesome!!

Richmond Hill Medical Home is a remote location in Richmond Hill. The concept is nice as we don't have to drive to HAAF or Ft. Stewart for family practice and the Dr.'s have all been great. The only issue we have had is with the staff getting us medical records transfer in a timely manner (took more than 45 days to transfer our college son's who had a medical issue) once we talked to the Dr. it all went smoothly. The front desk sometimes has an attitude and I have witnessed them be extremely rude to people. That seems to be the trend so we just skip the medical staff and go straight to the Dr. or Nurses if we need anything. Very grateful for the Dr.'s and Nurses.
