Studio style layout with a walk in closet. The primary living arrangments for non-married/with dependent officers entering UPT. The building is super old and the A/C and heat don't always work consistently. Water cutoff periods are scheduled every month for maintenance for a few hours on the day. Black Widow spiders are sometimes under the windows in the summer.
