"Not bad- but not the best"

While these apartments are generally well kept, they are nothing to write home about. The maintenance people for the apartment complex are great and they are very caring, but the apartments tend to catch fire fairly frequently. I believe there have been about 2-3 major fires over the past few years. Every time a fire has happened the community has really pulled together and provided for those who were effected by the fire, which is great, but I'd just prefer not to live in a place that is that likely to have a fire. Parking can get crowded and the apartments are set up in such a confusing way that it can be difficult for someone to locate a specific apartment for the first time. The apartments are small and in my opinion, over priced. You could definitely do worse, but you could also do better. There is a small play ground and really nice trail with a pond at the Bluffs and the highway is very near by. There is also a clubhouse and small gym.
