This is an extremely young staff with constant turnover. ItÂ’s hard to see how a program can stay consistent with constant new staffing.

My experience was great overall as in I loved working there. Staff is friendly and the kids can be a little rough behaviorally. The cultural diversity is amazing and the families are really neat to get to know. The constant turnover in staff is difficult to make connections in the school.
