Today I am wrapping up 9 years of my two kids attending this incredible school. My son started in kindergarten in 2017 and went all the way through 6th grade (6th grade is no longer offered at Aquarian) and my daughter started in kindergarten but in 2020 (yes, kindergarten during Covid) through 5th grade.

When people ask me about Aquarian this first thing I tell them is how refreshing it is to walk into the school because every single person working there seems to be living the best day of their life every single day. It's a very cheerful environment where teachers live out their dream that they worked so hard to obtain. Many of them have Master's Degrees, not unlike teachers at other schools, but I appreciate that it seems like a place they love to work.

I have two very different children when it comes to learning, and they were both able to succeed because of the care and attention given to them by the amazing staff.

While homework can be a lot at times at Aquarian, it has been our experience that Aquarian students are set up for success for middle and high school years. Not only do these students excel in the classroom, but they also tend to be leaders in the schools they go off to and are active participants in classrooms and clubs.

Aquarian also plans incredible field trips! I was always blown away with the places the students got to go, experience, and learn about.

It's a wonderful school for your children attend. As we wrap up the last day of the 9 years we attended, we are grateful to the Teachers, Administrators, and Staff at this school for helping us raise and educate kind, thoughtful, and curious children ready to take on challenges. It's a really special place.

Staff teach students to be respectful, compassionate and open minded. Problem solving is taught in this environment.

I have never seen any bullying at this school. The environment is not conducive to it.

My child has now been going to this school for 3 years. Could not be happier. Parental support is overwhelming. Parents are welcomed in the classroom. Volunteerism is expected although not demanded.

We are so happy that we chose Aquarian for our child’s elementary education. Our child is now in first grade and it has been such a positive experience. Aquarian really is a family, and I feel fortunate knowing that my child has an entire team of teachers and administrators who go above and beyond to make school a warm, welcoming and engaging place for her to go every day. We feel so lucky to have found such a nurturing and stimulating environment for her develop a love of learning.

I love that Aquarian is an ability led school. They cater to all levels of students based on their individual needs starting in Kindergarten. The teachers are all fantastic and most of the students are very friendly. For the students who aren't friendly, they seem to be addressed quickly and they have zero tolerance for bullying. The after school activities are fantastic, and the exploration days are the highlight of the quarter for the students.

My son attended Aquarian for kindergarten and 1st grade. I have absolutely loved this school. The teachers are great and love what they do. My son has excelled academically and socially. They provide great after school activities, awesome exploration days and many different things to stimulate kids learning. You will never walk into Aquarian and not see parents there volunteering. It's a really nice thing to see. The staff and the families get along so well. I would recommend Aquarian to everyone that I know. We are moving out of state and I am honestly sad to leave Aquarian.

Aquarian Charter school is a perfect balance of arts and sciences. It is a kid focused school with a lot of parent involvement. The inquiry-based delivery of the curriculum provides students with lots of problem solving opportunities which build important skills for later in life. Thanks Aquarian!!

The school is so warm and inviting! The teachers and staff work with students closely, create interesting and exciting learning experiences, and students who become self motivated learners because of their efforts. We love Aquarian and would recommend the school to anyone that wants a strong academic program, extra classes like Spanish and Technology, and a small caring learning community!

Excellent! Spanish, art twice a week, explorations... what's not to love? The staff and teachers really have the best interest of the students in mind. It is excellent that more is required of the parents than chauffeuring children to and from school by requiring volunteer hours.

Aquarian Charter School is a wonderful place for my children to learn. They take the time to understand the needs of the kids. Not only the faculty and administration, but the parent volunteers as well.

A great fit for my child. If you want to be part of your child's education this is a welcoming place. Children are tested to determine their placement level in core subjects and are moved along accordingly. Parents here are expected to participate and volunteer in many capacities for the good of the whole school. It has to be good or I wouldn't commit to driving across town twice a day for the foreseeable future just so my daughter can go there!

Aquarian is an amazing school that offers opportunities to children in our city that are not found in the normal public schools. They take the time to assure that each child is being taught at their learning level and don't hold back children who are ready to move forward. They are encouraging in every way. The teachers, staff and parents are who make this school happen, and the children are the awesome product of what is acheived daily.

Aquarian teaches a differentiated curriculum, so students don't have to wait for the rest of the class to 'catch up' for them to learn new concepts and information.

We have two very diverse kids with different needs and yet this school is so caring and well developed that both receive a great education there and it manages to maintain a full ciriculum including art, music, second language, gym and supports other programs.

Mrs Marie is an awesomely devoted teacher. She is always trying to think up new ways to incorporate art, music, and daily life into her lesson plans. All the staff at ACS are friendly and student oriented. Aquarian has a great family feel where siblings and parents get to be involved on a daily basis.

Aquarian has it all.....dedicated, caring teachers, a strong, engaging curriculum with multi-age classrooms and high parental involvement. Can't say enough good things about the school. Oh, and our kids love going there!
