To New Teachers....STAY FAR AWAY......the teacher turnover in this district is about 85% per year. There are many reasons. You will be worked to death, underpaid and treated poorly, no planning periods, after school meetings constantly and shown no respect daily. They have to recruit from other states because their poor reputation for teacher treatment and turn over is know state wide.
