My Son has enjoyed the home studies and wonderful, loving teachers here. Mrs. Diane and Mrs. Lisa have been critical to my son and his future school choices. This is a home study, and you get what you give program. Study hard and the teachers gives you the tools and support for sure.

We love our experience in this school! We have had children from TK to high school enrolled in MCHCS. The teachers are helpful and supportive to each of my child's individual needs. This school allows children to be creative in their learning. The school responds quickly when parents have concerns with regards to a child's learning and are able to help parents move through receiving full evaluations and individualized education plans.
I would highly recommend this school to parents .

The teachers and principals do not really help. Especially Hispanics. They do not treat everyone equally. If your child has an IEP, they really don't know how to go about it. The teachers I have dealt with don't really do much except write down the grades the student's tutor has written on papers. The Text books are several years old with errors.

My child has an IEP. The special education services are not being delivered. They pretend to offer services but they are sub standard. And a complete joke. The teachers either don't care or are just ineffective or defunct. They don't have materials to help the child access the general curriculum. They don't even try. Tfey are unprepared to teach. They do not follow the IEP goals, or do formal or informal assessments for the goals. They do not want to collaborate with the parent "teacher" and would prefer that you don't observe how bad they are. They try to avoid delivering the services by not showing up on time, try to decrease the time, or schedule when they know the child has another important tutoring class, or therapy. Their goal is to "wear down the parents" so they leave the school. The school is out of compliance with the law.

The teachers could improve their communication. They could improve by utilizing their resources to better serve students.

They should raise the bar and encouraged students to be more challenged. The parent is supposed to be the teacher with the support of the General Education Teacher. We have always done more than expected.

How can a school develop honesty in students when the Principal and teachers lie to parents to avoid providing RSP services. They are not good role models. The Principal has created an environment of hostility making children and parents anxious and distrustful.
There are some good teachers at this school but "the fish stinks from the Head down".
