the school is not challenging and engaging enough for my child. there is no true homework and the little homework they have is very elementary for their grade level. learning what letter the word Cat starts with or to count to 50 its something that should have been learned in preschool, not kindergarten.

Amazing. The teachers, staff and principal are all so kind and helpful. It seems as though all the staff LOVES their jobs and loves the kids too.

I feel they could be more helpful with kids that struggle. Offer tutor or class that has more 1 on 1 help Or after school program.

We requested an opportunity to view our child' curriculum and were denied. When they finely showed us we learned it wasn't even what she using. This weekend we received mailer asking the communities opinion on what needed repairs the district should finance first, addressing only structural concerns.Beyond not spending our tax money on full color,giant-expensive unneeded mailers, and focusing on hiring leadership we can trust, repairs to the damage done by prematurely sexualizing our children would certainly be appreciate. If you are going to email parents from the Superintendent, please be honest. And most of all, realize this school and district belongs to the community, act accordingly!

We have had a good experience at this school and love the principal. Our leaving is no reflection on Rock Creek itself, but on the district and it's dishonest dealings. Our older two have been at Whitney High School and it has been a nightmare having challenges addressed.School board meetings are a public embarrassment and there is no way to truly have your questions answered at the schools ineffective public forums. We have appreciated the teachers and staff at this school and truly wish them all the best.Thank you.

Some great teacher, but all the demonstrations are embarrassing my boys.Would like that to stop.

They promote positive solutions and kindness, helping kids work through behavior challenges in a way that does not hinder their self esteem.

Love the principal,he is AMAZING!!So solution oriented, kind and positive. So much better than the Principal and Vice Principal at Springview where our daughter attends, she has to cope with constant character assassination, emotional abuse and kids being pinned against peers.I think this principal should help train others.

They allow these kids to retain dignity.Lot of ADHD and impassivity at this site but they are very proactive and positive with the kids.It works.

The staff model kindness and that goes a long way.Wish I could help the leadership t Springview where our daughter attends to be as fair as they are at Rock Creek.

Very happy with this school and love the leadership.NOW district figure out teacher negotiations and we will be golden.Kids should not have to deal with demonstrations at school,it creates anxiety and sends a very confusing message.

Love this school. Our twin kindergarteners just started here and we are so pleased! Their teachers, Ms. Hellen and Mrs. Campus (formerly known as Ms. Lauer) are both terrific. Very loving toward the children. Very encouraging. We love the other students, and the school campus, and the PTC.

I have 3 children that have attended Rock Creek, one still there currently. My family has been a part of the school since it opened in 2001. The school has a lot of parent involvement. The teachers are truly outstanding, we have loved every teacher we have had. It is a close-knit community where everyone knows eachother. I think most everyone we know at Rock Creek says "We love Rock Creek!"

I agree with the other parent that said that the Principal has no accountability for the actions of the teachers and staff. Walking around with a smile does not make her a good leader or educator.
