My nephews went here for their baby/toddler classes and continued into the preschool class. They loved it and the teachers are AH-mazing!! The programs and interactions definitely got them started on the right foot. So happy a program like this is thriving in salinas!

All 3 of my sons have attended this preschool and are now in elementary and middle school. They are honor role and GATE students and I definitely think this school completely prepared them for the work they are doing now. I enjoyed my time there as a parent. We all made great friends.

This is the best preschool program in the area! My twins attended since the age of 3 small class size and lots of help since it is a co-operative preschool program you get to know all the kids and their parents. They create a wonderful sense of community. My kids were learning in the best environment I could hope for. The tuition was reasonable and affordable.

I found Salinas Adult School when we moved to Salinas and we didn't know anyone. I had a newborn son, my first and felt overwhelmed and isolated. Salinas adult school offered more than just parent education, it offered me community and support. I met other parents with kids the same age as mine! The teacher's were kind and knowledgeable. The school offered a safe, fun environment for my son to learn, explore and grow. I highly recommend Salinas Adult School!

The Salinas Adult School Co-op Program was a great place to start my 3 kids' education. First, we attended the "Mommy and Me" classes and then moved to preschool. I highly recommend the program because it not only benefited my children but also us as parents. Parent involvement is mandatory in the classroom and also parents meetings. Although it sounds a lot, it is well worth it. I learned a lot. My kids are Spanish speakers, but were ready for kinder. Another plus: we met other 23 families (classes are small) and we are still in contact with many of them. Then in Elementary School you'll miss the SAS, you won't find that kind of connection again.

The Salinas Adult School Co-Op Preschool Program is the best out there. The school is accredited and strives to continue improvement. Both of my kids went to Partners in Play (mommy & me) from about 18 months to 3 years old. They continued with the T/TR class and onto the Monday - Friday Pre-Kinder program. The class sizes are small with one teacher and numerous parents. The younger programs require more parent helpers as the children as still young and need some guidance. This is a co-operative school, meaning parents are required to assist a specific number of days each month. This not only keeps the tuition low but keeps parents active in their child's education. Understandably if both parents are working sometimes there is another relative willing to work for you, believe me it all gets worked out. Kids come first but the parents are students too. We learn a lot of each other and the teachers how to parent our kids. This is a fabulous program as we've made life long friends and my children are far more ready for kindergarten than I ever would have thought.

This preschool is amazing! The teachers are well equipped and have helped my child to grow and my parenting skills to grow as well. There is a wealth of knowledge that they have and are ready to share. My oldest daughter has gone through MWF and M-F classes and will be off to kinder in the fall fully prepared and ready. My youngest will be starting preschool in the fall and I wouldn't choose any other place for her. It is a co-op program which makes it more affordable than traditional preschools and takes more parent involvement. It's nice to have a balance of dropping your child off to learn and gain independence and come to class a couple times a month to help out and really see how the program works. This preschool is the only in the area with an NAEYC accreditation. It is a safe and fun place for kids to learn and grow. It offers age appropriate challenges and helps children become fully ready to succeed in kinder. It's also fun to get to know and work with other families and make new friends.
