We moved to Watsonville from Fremont Ca. Monique was going to one of the best schools in the area and was struggling. The teachers were so mean and had no time for her. Her experience, her freshman year was horrible. Then we got a chance to buy a house and she picked the house and what school she wanted to go to. The principals were amazing super nice and the teachers were awesome, they kept me informed and her on track. She flourished she went from failing to high honors and Student of the Year. Pajaro Valley High School was a God sent for us. We are so grateful to everybody there. Thank you so much!!! Hopefully UC Santa Barbara will be just as good. We are so lucky to have found this diamond in the rough, I was worried because of the low score but we were pleasantly surprised. Some of these reviews dont seem accurate maybe written by disgruntled student. But glad we got to take advantage of this amazing school. Sometimes people dont realize what they got until they go somewhere else. Thank PV and when my daughter becomes a doctor we will be back to donate to your wonderful school, Alumni for life!!!!!!

Worst high school Ive attended too. My counselor told me in my face that she wont spend her time with students who are not worth talking to unless she knew you were headed in the right direction. Ive tried talking to the pvusd school members and didnt even care about what had happened. After leaving this so called High School and attending Delta charter school was the best decision Ive ever made. Pajaro Valley High School is honestly a joke and if you want your kids to succeed please take in consideration Delta charter school.

The staff and teachers are great. Teachers here at pajaro vally really do care about your effort and work. They make sure you catch up so you won't fail nor have any missing assignments. Now i just wanna talk about the race. Overall i saw that there is 96% Hispanic and 3% white. I wish we could've had a majority of more white because i want my school to be equal with many races. Most Hispanics at my school do make white people feel welcome so i do encourage your student if He or She is white to come to pajaro vally high school. They will have a lot of support with teacher's as well.
