My son is the youngest of three. I wish I had known about this school with my older two. He is thriving here in this small school environment. The teachers take the time to learn how each student learns and encourages and helps each student to succeed. As another parent said best, "ACE is a community of learners powered by parents and mentors helping teachers to bring out the best in students". This school encourages imagination and ingenuity. My son actually loves going to school now and I have ACE and it's staff and teachers to thank for that. He is in a positive learning environment and is making plans for his future. He plays an active role in his school and it's organizations. I have already recommended this school to many friends with children heading to high school and I highly recommend it to any student looking for a high school to be proud of.

ACE provides a small school environment that's a welcome alternative to the large public high schools. My daughter thrived at ACE, completing her required high school courses and taking five community college art classes. She graduates next month having finished a graphic design internship and winning a visual arts scholarship and college level art awards. ACE's principal went above and beyond to encourage and promote her artistic endeavors. The enthusiastic teachers engaged her interest and treated her as a unique and talented individual. She was not just another face in the crowd at ACE. This is indeed a great school, and we are fortunate to have it in our community.

At ACE Charter High School, our son experiences the joy of learning by doing. Thanks to ACE, he earned a scholarship to prestigious Olin College of Engineering and earned distinction as a National Merit Scholar Commended Student. ACE blends career education with college prep in a hands-on curriculum. ACE collaborates with colleges and businesses and has a school schedule that allows students to take on internships, apprenticeships, and college courses while still in high school. Enrollment is small, about 200 students, the perfect size for project-based learning. Faculty are caring and bring real world experience and industry resources to the ACE campus. The campus is safe and nurturing. Visit the ACE robotics lab, 3D printer center, and construction workshop and you ll see students having so much fun they don t even realize how much they re learning the skills needed to lead a productive and satisfying life. ACE Charter High School is free, it s a public school, open to everyone no matter where you live. Getting there is easy. ACE is conveniently located at the Camarillo Airport. This is a great school!

Nowhere else have I worked with a fully passionate and dedicated staff. Since day one, back in August of 2010, ACE has experienced a number of changes but these first four months of 2014 have been by far the most demanding and progressive. Our staff and faculty are here for our students 100% of the time - there are no such thing as breaks for our staff here. We have created an atmosphere of success and accountability and I am eagerly awaiting all that is yet to come.

ACE Charter High School is the only high school in Ventura County with a one to one ratio of laptop per student! We have Google Apps for Education driving our instruction and Pearson Etext for core subject classes have made us practically paperless! We have Solid Works, REVIT, AutoCAD, and Sketch-Up, for drafting and can build our designs with our new 3D printer!! Learn different trades in our construction classes or take part in our competitive robotics program. We have many clubs for students to take part in and ACE satisfies A-G requirements, has AP classes, and our small learning community has shown great improvement in student test scores in the last 2 years.
