Great school! We have experienced private schools, charter schools, etc. This school is just as tough! The expectations for the students surprised me. The teachers were always very prepared and engaging. The office staff were always welcoming and helpful. My son had a wonderful experience and made a lot of really nice friends. Give it a chance! You won't regret it! :)

This school is interesting to see how kids mature and hit puberty.

I believe this school is a school that cares for each individual student. The school has great teachers and staff that deeply care for the students enrolled at the school. The mascot is the Phoenix and just as the mascot, the people here care deeply about the community and the students that come to school each day to become college and career ready students. I invite any parent or community member to come by the school and see what a great school North Monterey County Middle School is all about. The principal and the assistant principal do speak Spanish too.

This will be the first year for my son at North County Middle School. He is also Autistic. From the Director, to the teachers aide, to the transportation department everyone has been so helpful and understanding. I feel very blessed to have such good people teach and care for my son. Good Job!!! Keep up the good work.

i go to this school as a 8th grade student and i am greatly disappointed in how my first day of school was and i wish i never ended up in that school... i could really use a change up,like the teachers being disrespected made fun of upfront because of how they look, act, or even dress!if they do that to them i wonder what they say about me behind my back.....

some very good teachers working under great stress.... sorry but the principal doesn't seem to care about children at all.. doesn't seem like he should be around children...very sad
