I graduated a few years back and honestly my experience was decent. Most of the issues I described were not issues I have had to deal with but what I saw as a trend around campus. If you make a good group, get involved with sports, and get good grades itll be what you make of it.

Teachers do their best but this is usually with STEM classes, which most students at this school avoid. Outside of STEM classes you will find plenty unqualified, prejudice, biased teachers just working for their next paycheck.

The poverty rate of the students on campus is depressingly low. It has been this way for decades. The poverty around this area has led to higher crime rates and drugs becoming more popular at a younger age. The fact that it's stayed the same way shows that the school isn't doing enough to teach it's students values that will carry on to success.

ASB and the teachers involved are HEAVILY biased and prejudiced. They tend to shun students not involved while encouraging their favorites or students related to staff to run for positions. This leads to a superiority complex among many of the students more involved on campus.

Bullying at this campus is an issue whether many will accept it or not. The school is heavily concentrated with Hispanic students which is not an issue. However, this leads to casual racism to students who are not of this ethnic group. Homophobia is also strong among the campus with backwards thinking being very popular among the area.
