My daughter attended this school in 1st and 2nd grade. While I appreciated aspects of the curriculum, I was concerned that English Language Arts (ELA) for 1st and 2nd grades was combined, which I felt was not ideal for her learning needs.
More importantly, my daughter was bullied by another student for several months. Despite raising this issue with the school administration, no effective action was taken to address the situation. When I inquired about the steps being taken, I was told that matters were confidential and the school could not provide information. The principal did not respond adequately to my complaints and appeared to disregard the situation rather than take steps to resolve it.
This experience was deeply upsetting for both my daughter and me. I believe every child deserves a safe learning environment, and I am concerned that the school did not fulfill its responsibility to protect her.
