The front staff is very rude for no reasons they don’t care about the students. they only care about attendance so they get money and have a good reputation for themselves.

This is literally THE WORST SCHOOL for children with disabilities, especially disabilities like Autism that aren’t physical. If they can’t see the disability with their eyes then they don’t care about any concerns you have for your child. They brush off any concerns at all that you have and take NO accountability for their actions of what they do to your child or put them through!! When it comes to bullying, they blame your child for not knowing “social cues” and don’t even bother looking into the bullying or addressing it. This school is a joke. The principal doesn’t answer emails, neither do any of the other staff. I sent multiple emails with my concerns regarding bullying, and other concerns for my child while she was having a hard time getting to school in the mornings due to everything she went through, and never got a response. The most response I received was from her case worker suggesting outside resources such as her BCBA. I was also most days not able to get my child to school due to the distress she would experience in the mornings and they addressed it by sending me “chronic absence” notices and multiple “truancy” notices rather than helping me come up with a plan to help my child get to school comfortably. I suggested temporary solutions that might help her transition easier into school again and the one who had authority over making the decision (principal) never replied to the email or even contacted me. They wouldn’t come to an agreeable solution to help my child and she was in visible distress from everything happening at that school so I had to withdraw her from this awful school. How do they think treating children with disabilities this way is okay??

This school is EXCELLENT! From the teachers, parents, and volunteers, everyone comes together as a community and are involved in every child's education at WCES. The activities they have, the field trips they take, and the opportunities the children have are tremendous!

Mrs. Marx is a great kindergarten teacher! She is teaching the students to read & do math! She has a great heart & I truly appreciate her! Olivia, my daughter, had an excellent time!! Mrs. Marx, Mrs. Holler & Mrs. Adams are definitely great teachers! This is a great school!

It does not exist. They just punish them by removing activies rather than addressing issues.

Bullying is allowed to continue. They just punish the victim, or call them names like tattletell.

Very poor, we even tried to transfer out, but we're denied. Best thing I ever did for my family was move out of town.

Posted: March 30, 2017

2-3 hours a day. Teachers just send the work home instead of teaching.

Posted: March 30, 2017

They are just there to collect a paycheck from the 3 years my child attended.

Basically just keep your head down and try to survive it.

Coming from the CNSD, I felt that this school had low standards in Education. I Soon found out that the A.R reading program was not available to my kindergartener or my second grader. It is very disappointing as a parent when your child hasn't the access they did in other schools. I'm not impressed with some of the teachers or staff at this school. No sense of Togetherness And Lack of activities from the PTA.

Great teachers and principal! My child is an over acheiver and his needs are greatly met. At first we thought that maybe the school and teachers would not be able to challenge him enough, but they do year in and year out!

William Collier is our school of choice. My daughter went there on a pass in second grade and it was the best experience for her and us. The teachers are great. They keep you informed on everything that's going on with the students and activities. We wouldn't change schools when we had the choice to. William Collier feels like a private school. We love it.

My granddaughter transferred to this school 2 years ago and it was the best thing that could have happened to her. The teachers that we have dealt with could not be more dedicated to their profession if they tried. They truly care about the education and training of each and every child that attend William Collier and go above and beyond the normal day to day teaching requirements. A high five to all teachers and staff at William Collier.

This school holds a special place in my heart. I had 4 kids go through there, 2 have graduated high school. The other 2 are in high school and middle school now. Our years at Collier were the best years. The Staff and parents had more involvement than I had ever seen. I love the way the whole school starts their day outside together in kind of a family way. I loved helping and interacting with this school. My kids are better for it for sure. I recently found out that even the custodian goes to the middle school every year and has lunch with the Collier alumni on occasion just to check on them. That is dedication. It was a sad day for sure when we said goodbye as my youngest moved on. I miss Collier.

We've recently moved from Anaheim and I could not be happier with this school and it''s awesome dedicated staff members..
