My biggest issue with this school is how little the students seem to actually matter. The counselors are largely unhelpful and often seem more concerned with filling classes and managing schedules than with understanding students' academic goals or helping them prepare for life after high school.

The lack of communication is also extremely frustrating. Important opportunities, programs, and information are rarely communicated clearly to students. Instead, students often find out about things through word of mouth from other students.

The school often feels like it is focused on getting students through the system rather than actually helping them succeed. There are good people here, but the lack of guidance, communication, and enthusiasm makes the experience much more frustrating than it needs to be.

Current administration does not want to handle bullies. Students are not protected from bullying. Stay away if your child does not want how to handle them! It used to be a much better school before.

My two older children, daughter and son graduated from Casa Roble Fundamental high school, now my youngest daughter is in her last year at this high school. What can I say about the school where all my children studied...
Starting from two women working in the office of the school, who are always very pleasant to meet each person, regardless of whether it is a parent or a student, or other visitors, these positive, polite, very friendly women, like the sun, warm every person who comes to school.
The principal, the teachers, the school staff, have always been and are a great blessing to our children. Our children loved this school, the eldest daughter participated in running competitions and won more than once in inter-school city competitions. A lot depends on the right team, in this school everyone is very blessed. For our children and family, this school has been and remains a very good school. This is our last year, my youngest daughter is graduating in June, but only the warmest memories will remain in the memory of my children and our entire family.
Not everything is always easy and smooth in life. But this school paved a very good beginning in adult life for all our children. Thank you dear school staff. You have always been and continue to be a great blessing to our family. We love and appreciate you very much. May you continue to be a blessing to future generations of students. Be blessed dear Casa Roble...

Graduated two children from this high school. Both accepted to multiple UC's including Berkeley. One admitted as a Regent's Scholar (top 5% of admissions) and the other graduated Summa Cum Laude and Distinguished Graduate (one of five among 4000+ graduates). So I think Casa was a more than adequate preparation for college.

This school refuses to acknowledge how horrible their own teachers are. They all but ignore concerns from parents. No heads up is given when your child is in need of help until it is too late. I will be homeschooling my kids from now on to avoid this school.

As of 6/2/2016, Great Schools shows Casa's graduation rate at 98%, Bella Vista's at 97%, and the state average at 81%. Though I graduated from here a very long time ago, my experience was excellent. The school offered me a place to grow academically, culturally, and socially.

Casa Robles is a terrible school. Disconnected teachers, lack of leadership and poor programs for the students (No Band) The campus is old and dirty. Take a look at Bella Vista or better yet send you kids to St. Francis or Jesuit!! CASA IS A WEAK! Look at the facts...CASA has the lowest API Scores of all high schools in the San Juan SD.

As a grandparent I've seen first hand the motivation the teachers use to inspire in the past and currently. This is a very good school for all students both advanced placement or struggling.

This is a feel good school full of wonderful staff and students. I am so happy to be part of this community and I could not ask for a better experience for my kids. There are so many opportunities for them to get involved and to make a difference.

Casa has an amazing close community feel, IB classes available and many of the teachers live in our community so there is a vested interest. Go Rams!!!

I went here and had a wonderful experience. Cannot wait to send my children here!

The students are allowed to swear and threaten students at sports games without any administration intervening. They also wrote graffiti on a local high school's buildings. Is this the inner city?
