I have to say it was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had as a sub/teacher . From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the school has a major problem with discipline and accountability.
The students were completely out of control. Despite my best efforts to keep them engaged and maintain some structure, they refused to listen to any authority. It was as if there were no expectations for their behavior, and the constant disruptions made it nearly impossible to get through anything. Many students were talking, throwing things, not event putting in any effort.
What made the situation worse was the complete lack of support from the administration or other staff.
Overall, it was an extremely frustrating and draining experience. I would not recommend working at this school, especially as a substitute. Without strong discipline and proper support, it's nearly impossible to create a productive learning environment.

My son attends the Autism Special Education Program (new) at Tioga this year, and it has surpassed my hopes for his education. He's done great, is more independent and is talking so much more. The teachers and aides have been wonderful, and I feel that this school is a great learning environment for the kids.

my school is amazing the students can use some improvements but the teachers are great.
