This school is amazing. We had to make a change after a dissapointing start in a public school. My child began to gain more self esteem and thrive when we started here. He actually wants to go to school everyday rather than stay home with me. The administration is wonderful. The teachers truly care about the students and they know every student. The performing arts is very hard to find these days in schools. They have 2 musicals per year to allow children to tap into their creative sides and learn about music/performing. Lots of field trips and hands on opportunities. They also do not allow bullying so students feel safe and if there’s any little issue they do not hesitate to address it quickly which is sometimes covered up in other private schools or even public. If your children want to thrive, be around other kind students, and learn about the way of Christ this is the place to learn and grow!

Teaching is great. However, Grace Christian School practices anything but Grace. They are basically unforgiving and unfeeling. Ice bag sandwich Aldrin to the school. They will harm your child And never looked at it. They’re completely superficial caring more about looks when you do about God

I am so disappointed in this school. The teachers are wonderful but the administrators and school officials don’t actually care for the students. Any small infraction is met with extreme disciplinary measures that are simply unjust. If you want your child to have an ounce of self-esteem and a sense of worth, avoid this institution at all costs. The school only looks after its bottom line, academic standing, and looking good for prospective parents that will spend thousands on a place that as not worth a cent. I implore anyone looking at this school to consider other educational avenues for the wellbeing of their children.

My daughter has gone to Grace a few years, and the staff is amazing. They truly want to help their students succeed in life. They pour their hearts into your child, get to know your child five days a week for two years at a time. They don't look at your child as "just a student" they look at them as a member of their family that is just starting their journey in life. There is no other school that I have ever dealt with that treats their students as good. They are willing to help the children learn, succeed and find their strengths in life. If a child starts struggling in school, they are willing to help the student find ways to succeed and pass. They also make things fun and interesting as the kids learn. One of the things my daughter loves learning about is God and the Bible. I would highly recommend the school if you are looking for a christian based education.

Family! That's what this school is like. I love the teachers! The class sizes are small so the students get lots of individual attention. Every class goes on fabulous field trips, and the parents are encouraged to come along too. This school is the best kept secret in Visalia...look no farther. You'll love Grace! It's amazing!

This school is incredible. I would give it 6 stars if I could. They give the students a well-rounded education supported by incredible (some of them overnight) field trips to enhance the learning. The academic program is challenging, and the students who come from this school have an excellent reputation at the middle schools and high schools of being top-achieving, conscientious students. Check out this school! You won't be disappointed!

The teachers are rude and unhelpful. They practically bully the students by how rude they are to them.

The principal is biased and only listens to the teachers side of the story when there is a predicament. The principal doesn't listen nor care about what the parents or students have to say about anything.

They don't have a system in place for children who have learning disabilities. Their system is just one on one time with the teacher and it does not work. I also know this because I have a sister who is enrolled in the school currently who has dyslexia and the "program" that they have has not helped her improve much at all.

As I said before the children are very rude to other students and when the staff finds out that the students are acting this way their solution is to have a one-on-one conversation with the student which doesn't work because there is no real punishment making the children go back to their old ways again.

I would rate my experience a 1 out of 10. Grace Christian is an awful, terible school and I would not recomend it to anyone, not even someone I don't like, that is how bad this school is.The friendships were toxic, I was bullied for years on end, the school work is pointless and so is the homework, and the teachers are so rude and terrible at their jobs. I was miserable the entire time that I was at Grace Christian. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They give out packets of incesant homework that is ment to be done over a weeks worth of time. The amout of work that is in this packet is almost impossible for a child to compete in a week.

Great preschool and school! The teachers and staff take the extra time for each student to make sure that they learn the subject. The kids are getting a great, well rounded education INCLUDING... science, art, social studies and music, things that are cut from the public schools. Small class sizes and a staff that truly cares about each and every child. The school is also a great thing for the family to come around, they host numerous family events like family beach retreats where we can become friends with the staff and other parents. Truly love this school!

I can't believe it finally we found a school that cares so much for are kids. This school has higher quality teachers that are willing to go the extra mile to help out even the lowest students. they really take the time to make sure my child understands the material that they are learning in the class room. The staff communicate with the parents routinely to make sure we are in the loop with my childs education. Grace Christian has before school and after school day care that really helps so I can work and not worry if my kid is going to make it home. No kid is left unattended that means alot to me. I highly recommend this private school to all my friends , and to people like you who were searching for a high quality education for your child.

For a school that's rated so highly, we would've expected much more!Grace Christian School was the absolute worst thing that ever happened to our child, and we most certainly would not recommend it to anyone! My husband and I found the staff, and teachers to be uncaring, and unwilling to work together as a team with us, the parents, to get our child the extra help he needed to grow and succeed. The short time that our child spent at this school was a complete disappointment! I hope other parents will take this review to heart because we'd hate for someone else's child to get the same horrible treatment, and poor education that our child got whilst attending this school. Save your child's self esteem, and your wallet, by sending your child somewhere else!
