We love OSLS!! Such an amazing school with such caring and nurturing teachers....so looking forward to this coming fall when we'll have a 4th grader & a new Kindergartener enrolled!

This is our first year attending OSLS and I cannot say enough good things. Warm environment, small class size, individualized teaching. Seriously, would highly recommend this school!

Both of my children have been at OSLS since kindergarten, with one graduating this year. It has been the best experience for both kids! The small class sizes, attention to detail, amazing teachers, welcoming community, reasonable tuition, enrichment programs, and challenging academics cannot be beat! I cannot say enough good things, it has made my kids childhood wonderful and they are SO prepared for the future now!

We Love OSLS. My daughter is currently on her 6th year there, we started in pre-school. What drew me to this school was small class sizes & the fact she would get to attend chapel every week. The teachers & staff our awesome. I feel they do a great job of communicating with me on whats going on in the class & at school. There is a lot of parent participation. We have meet so many wonderful families thru this school that will be life long friends. The school also offers after school care with the sweetest Miss Cindy which every child begs to stay after school with.

The administrative staff leaves a lot to be desired. Unfriendly, unprofessional and leaves you with the feeling you are a nuisance. The computer system they ask parents to use to keep abreast of school happenings is far less than user friendly. Most of the teachers are wonderfull. If you do have a concern with the teachers that are lacking in ability it is best not to say anything because your child and you will reap the repercussions. Finally, the parking lot is nothing less of a dangerous nighmare.

This is an excellent, small school where every adult on campus will know your child's name. Great education on every level at an exceptional value.

OSLS is a wonderful environment for students and parents for all of the reasons mentioned by the other reviewers and then some. The small class sizes and personal attention have really benefited my kids, and there truly is a sense of family on campus. Parents play a major role and we get very familiar with one another's kids. Students love the weekly chapel assemblies and extracurricular activities. No one is going to mistake the campus for the Ritz-Carlton, but it is more than adequate and very secure. This is the place in San Clemente for a high quality private educational environment and the tuition is a great value.

This is hands down the best school experience my children have ever had. Small class sizes, great teachers, sense of community, fostering good values and ethics.
