Choosing San Clemente Christian School has been one of the best decisions weve made for our family. Our daughter has been a student here for three years now, and the transformation we have witnessed is nothing short of amazing. Weve seen her confidence soar and her academic skills sharpen, but the most rewarding part has been watching her faith and understanding of the Bible deepen. It is clear that the passionate teachers and staff are not just educators; they are mentors who lead with their hearts and a shared faith foundation.
A few things that really set SCCS apart for us:
Small Class Sizes: The individualized attention our daughter receives has been so good for her growth.
Safety & Security: We have peace of mind every single day knowing the SCCS team fosters such a safe and secure environment.
The Community: The social opportunities for both students and parents are incredible. Its a place where family values are celebrated, and weve built lasting friendships with other families who share our values.
If you are looking for a Christian school in San Clemente that feels like an extension of your home and community, we cannot recommend SCCS enough. It provides the perfect balance of a curriculum and a supportive, faith-filled community that truly prepares our kiddos for the future.

San Clemente Christian School is exactly what a godly learning environment ought to look like in today's education system. The staff highly prioritizes a hands on learning approach while implementing Christ-centered curriculum. This school comes highly recommended from current families going there and I think that speaks volumes to the teaching staff, administration, security and the overall community there. Family values run deep at SCCS and that is something families prioritize here!

San Clemente Christian School has been such a blessing to our family. The teachers and staff genuinely love the Lord and every child in their care. They create an environment where students feel safe, known, and encouraged to grow. The academics are strong and are taught from a biblical perspective. Everyone on campus is joyful, and everything that they do is Christ-centered. Our child is thriving here.
We have built such an amazing community there that feels like a family. We wholeheartedly recommend SCCS to any family looking for a school where children are loved, challenged, and encouraged in their relationship with God.

San Clemente Christian School is a true gem! The teachers are not only academically strong but also genuinely invested in each childs spiritual, emotional, and personal growth. Our family has been incredibly blessed by the community here. Everyone really knows everyone. The small class sizes are one of the best parts of the school. No classes go over 20 students, and classes average about 15.

I love SCCS because Jesus is truly at the center of everything. The teachers and staff genuinely care for each student and its clear that they see their work as a calling, not just a job. The class sizes are small, which allows the teachers to really get to know each child and family. The administrative team knows every student and parent by name! It feels like one big extended family. I can confidently say children are growing in both knowledge and faith here. This school is a true blessing!

I do not recommend this school. My daughter was only here for a week, and during that time, one of the teachers grabbed and yanked her. We immediately pulled her out. The school has also made false accusations about my childs behavior, even though she has done nothing wrong. Weve never signed any behavior documents, and every time we picked her up, they would tell us how well she did that day. Weve never been asked to sign anything regarding her behavior. To make matters worse, they accused my 6-year-old of forgery, which is absolutely ridiculous. I would advise staying far away from this so-called Christian school.

I cant say enough good things about this school! The teachers here genuinely care about each student and go above and beyond to make every child feel valued and understood. They create individual learning plans tailored to meet each childs unique needs, which has made an incredible difference in my childs education. The values and principles taught here align so well with our own, and we feel like our child is truly cared fornot just academically but also personally and spiritually. The support and nurturing environment at this school is unmatched, and we feel blessed to be a part of this community.

Our 4 boys have attended SCCS for 8 years through which time they have shown exceptional growth in their faith, character, and academics. Throughout their time at SCCS they have developed lifelong friendships and community. The teachers and staff are the absolute best and they genuinely care about your child. It is a blessing to send our kids to a school where they feel loved and that they truly enjoy attending.

SCCS is the most amazing school that has helped my child grow in their relationship with Jesus, laying a strong foundation for their faith. My child has also grown so much in the confidence and academically. We are so happy to call SCCS our home.

My son has been attending this school for over 4 years now and my daughter is now attending as well. I can't be more impressed with the level of true commitment and care the staff show towards ensuring that students are both well-educated and are developing their own personal relationship with the Lord. The staff work hard to create an environment that is accepting, yet still hold strong to values akin to biblical/classical education. Considering the troubling times our country is going through, it is truly a blessing to have a refuge such as this in our community. The bottom line is that I will be sending each of my kids to this school without hesitation and could not recommend it more strongly.

Very little homework, only for tests or extra prep.
Posted: February 26, 2020
Teachers are very loving and effective when I contact them for help, they immediately step up to the task.
Posted: February 26, 2020
They talk to the kids when something is reported, to respect others the way Jesus would.
Posted: February 26, 2020
Head of school and Principal are both on top of it.

They nip it in the bud when something is reported, I haven't seen them dismiss a student but they immediately talk to the parents and get it resolved somehow.

Middle and high school is just okay. They are unfortunately stuck in one single room most of the day, with lunch, PE and a recess, but it's not like a typical middle school where they can walk to lockers, therefore, my son has reported severe boredom, they don't have many fun projects, field trips, or sports, it's all academics. They do take them to a field to play PE but they are driven in a very unorganized manner by stashing students into cars and forgetting students at school sometimes.
They initially told us they would be transported by bus but they are driven by adult teachers they don't know. Not happy about that, we never signed a consent about that, they found a loophole in another paper that we signed about field trips, which are non-existent here. Very nurturing school but too small for middle and high school, not much stimulation other than academics. Kids at that age need more social interaction, breaks, sports, activities, not stashing them in a tiny room that barely fits 10 people. They may need a larger campus for this, but we are switching since our son is going into 9th grade now. No way would we keep him here, they won't develop intellectually/socially properly and won't be ready for real high school.

This school is outstanding. It has small class sizes and the teachers really care about each and every student. They make learning fun and exciting. I have 3 kids that attend the school and they are getting a fantastic education in a small, safe, Christ centered environment. What more could you ask for? Capo Beach Christian feels like family. So thankful to have found this school. Just wish it went through 12th grade!!!
