This school does not do enough to help teachers. The average pay is over 10k less than the public system. The health insurance programs they offer are laughable! There is very little incentive to teach here over public. For a school that invests so much money into student scholarships they could give their teachers a fair competitive wage. The students are just as bad as public school students. You might as well go teach public and get better pay and benefits.
